Good. Service a bit slow but good friendly service staff. They didn’t refill our chips and salsa, didn’t ask, didn’t offer to. The chips themselves don’t taste home made, but with short staffing now a days I don’t know if it’s fair to expect heated oiled chips or home made chips.

Seated quickly. Ordered sampler platter. It was ok. Festive colors, painted sinks, great expectations. Sampler platters was great to share. We also shared a taco platter, one soft, one crispy. It was ok. Because of friends recommendations, will try again.

Ordered the Fajitas for Two and had two margaritas- a plain blended one, and a guava blended one. (Absolutely recommend the guava.) Everything was amazing! The service was also very quick and our waiter was friendly. Would come here again! And yes, the Fajitas for Two was definitely (more than) enough for two.

Our dinner here was delicious! We chose this restaurant because we wanted Mexican food, and it had a slightly higher rating than other locations. We were not disappointed. The chips were good, and although the salsa was not my favorite, it was still good. They also served a small plate of refried beans with the chips. They were amazingly delicious, just the way I like them. My sons enjoyed the enchiladas and burrito, while my mom had the tostada and taco. My beef fajitas were fantastic! The onions and peppers were caramelized and the beef was tender. The guacamole was also amazing. The meal was everything we wanted. Yum!

Do not recommend. Our waiter was unfriendly and really impatient with us. We sat outside and asked for a piece of meat for our dog and he said he didn’t have anything without spice and didn’t give us the time of day. Finally we asked for a burger patty with no salt and he charged us for the whole hamburger plate and fries for the patty. The food was not seasoned well at all! I could have made better Mexican food at home. Then he charged us $99 for three people and the dog plate. He overcharged us. Never coming back here again. It’s a shame cause it’s a nice location and has outdoor seating.

Francisco’s Mexican food is top notch!!! My favorite Mexican restaurant in Carson City! Amazing enchiladas, tacos, chimichangas, and fajitas. Also the beans are my favorite out of all the places I have dined at!
