It’s honestly not what I would describe as WOW AMAZING I’m also not Japanese but this is what I would imagine as really delicious home made Japanese comfort food. The portions are also good because it’s not too little or too much. After you finish eating, it feels just right. Staff is also very welcoming and kind.

Delicious, authentic Japanese cuisine. It’s totally worth the price for the quality of the food. Cold udon was especially amazing – so chewy, so yummy. The server is so sweet and kind, and parking is easy. I’ll definitely be back!

Their lunch special and dinner specials are pretty good! The price is very reasonable. I went on the weekend, they only have dinner special all weekend! It’s $16.95 for sushi + tempura + udon + salad. I think it’s worth it! Their portions are also pretty good. They serve barley tea instead of water so it’s different. The space is small and it does get busy during lunch hour. They did add an outdoor seating so that’s nice since it’s still during pandemic. They do not ask for your vaccine card, but the staffs do wear their masks.

Always a good idea to go here. Service was fast and the servers are very attentive. Had the Go Go Matsui Bowl, a staple when going here. This tine though, the sauce was strangly salty. The serving was pretty big so I had to ask for a box. All in all good experience.

There are a lot of amazing choices to eat in the plaza. For one really sweet spot is Matsui! The prices is unbelievably low and the food choices is awesome. It is a really “feel good” place to eat and relax. The dinner special is $16 and it comes with udon or soba, salad, sushi, and tempura. You really cannot beat a dish like that! Food is good and service here is great!!!

Definitely an authentic Japanese spot hidden in a completely Japanese strip mall. Everyone enjoyed their dishes. Even our 7 year old competition devoured her soba noodles and tempura (to my dismay – getting expensive to eat out!). The tempura was nicely fried. The flavors were good. The one piece of sashimi my family gave up for me to try was also very fresh. I have no complaints and would definitely come back again!

Great Japanese food here. We ordered the eel bowl (Una Don) combination and the Manager’s Special. It was a large amount of food and was very good. Service was a little slow, but they did come by often to check on us. The dining area as well as the bathrooms were clean. If I lived close to here, I’d definitely come back to try more menu items.
