My first experience at this place was far less than stellar, it was rather dead and devoid of any feeling especially when someone of my color walks through the door. The food was decent and fresh, I had the shrimp empanadas which I highly recommend.

I had the shrimp Mofongo with garlic sauce. It was amazing and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Very nice staff as well, they also have a nice area to sit outside and eat.

Horrible experience as I was waiting to get my food that I paid for , the lady that was there the manager ( blonde hair ) tried to imply that I was taking somebody else’s food when I was just picking up the food that I had already paid for . I was upset at the fact that I had to explain myself for no reason when I was just picking up my food and she already knew that I had paid. I don’t appreciate being accused of something that I would never do or did because I work for the city in New York and I have my money and I was just visiting My parents left with a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back there again. She was very rude and unprofessional didn’t even apologized for what she did smh .

This is one of my go-to Spanish stops. The customer service is good. The food is great. It always look fresh and not dried from sitting out. They also sell Dominican cake with the meringue icing not the whipped cream icing. Prices are reasonable.

It is a little confusing when you first walk in, the wait staff is pretty green but very nice and informative. It takes s little while to get your food but they are huge portions and super flavorful. A little pricey but worth it.we spent 60.00 for a party of three. I do recommend this place although they need to step up their customer service the food is banging.
