OMG, this new big new yorker pizza is a home run!!! Its the best pizza in Utica. This is the way pizza used to be 40 years ago. The pan pizza is in a league of its own. This big new yorker goes beyond. And I usually to not leave reviews.

Update 3/16/23 – sauce amount increased slightly for about two orders however for the past two weeks there was very little, almost no, sauce on all pizzas I’ve ordered. Cheese amount has been reasonable. Dropping down to one star as this is getting ridiculous. Will adjust my review if things improve and are consistent.

Pizza was decent, great customer service, the gentleman in there was more than happy to provide me with plates and silverware after telling him I was getting the pizza for my guys on a jobsite just down the road! Thanks for the great experience! Highly recommend, and I wish I could rember the guys name that was there because I wanted to email corporate and tell them the great things about him, but forgot when I reached the jobsite 🙁

I ordered Buffalo Chicken and it was a very delicious pizza, amazing customer service, and a very kind driver! It was the first time I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut but I definitely will order again! The driver called me when he arrived and he took the pizza from the bag in front of me with a smile on his face. The pizza was so hot (which is a good thing). Thank you.
