This is probably the worst Subway I have ever been to and it makes me sad because overall I enjoy and trust Subway. First of all, the hours online are wrong. This place opens at 8:00am, not 7:00am. Once, I showed up at 8:00am and was told they didn’t have bread. No bread at a sandwich shop???? They had flat bread only, but that’s not what I wanted, so I left because I didn’t trust them with anything else if they did have the most basic sandwich ingredient… Bread!!! I went here again out of desperation because I really needed a breakfast and lunch. Thankfully they had bread at 8:00am, but only white and wheat (I believe Subway is supposed to have like six different kinds of bread). Whatever, I like wheat anyway. I get one of the breakfast sandwiches and am told the eggs are frozen and not ready. I have to wait three minutes for them to defrost in the microwave. Fine. I only wait because I am so hungry and already made it there. For once I visited this place and could get what I ordered, but I hate coming here. The staff never says hello and asks what they can do for help. Generally they ignore you or just stare at you like, “What?!” They are rude and immature. It’s extremely off-putting and I agree with others that say they seem slow, sleepy, and/or on drugs. I’m writing this review because this is the most convient Subway on my way to work and I desperately hope it will improve. I don’t have a lot of hope.

They always say Hi when you walk in the door. Very courteous, and delicious. When l was working for UPS l ate there everyday for about 3 years. They made fresh cookies for me when l came in the door. I’ll never forget that. Cookies are the best kept secret in town. I like them so much. I drive past every other subway just so l can eat there. I like spending my money with a business who appreciates their regular customers. Support good business owners like this place.

If i could give it 0 stars i would ordered a meatball sub and 2 sweet onion chicken subs requested all three be toasted got them all cold missing cheese on the chicken ones so much sauce bread was soggy. Very sloppy put together. Ordered at 6pm said they would be ready at 625pm didn’t get until 7pm also very rude when we finally got the order.

This Subway is gross! I would have walked out if I wasn’t so hungry and on my way to an appointment. Crumbs and bits of food all over, filthy prep top, meat over stacked and spilling out of their containers and very dirty sneezeguard. Awful service. Was only given 3 slices of meat on my sandwich and when I asked if that’s all it came with she told me it comes with 4, but almost didn’t add it. I will avoid this place.

I used to love going to this subway but recently they hired different people and they’re super slow. I used to be able to be in and out in 5 minutes. The staff doesn’t listen to directions and whenever I order the new Ultimate Spicy Italian they put it on regular Italian bread even when I ask for herbs and cheese…. I’m allergic to olives and they put olives on my sandwich because one of the young girls who work there was not listening, I said jalapeños… and they make my sandwiches super greasy.

I have to rate it low, not because of employee faults but managerial faults. A middle aged man is supposed to handle all business between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. and it’s quite clear that he can’t do it by himself. As I stood and waited several customers left as they saw how slowly the line was moving. Get someone to help that poor fellow in the morning or you’re just going to keep losing customers.

The food was good like any other Subway but the service was a problem. A nice young man waited on us but there was a lineup of five customers. Two girls (employees) were seated at a corner table talking. The young man asked them twice to help. They ignored him. There was quite a lineup of customers so I told the girls with a smile that he could really use their help. After mentioning it twice she got up and told the young man with a smirk to speed things up. If I was the owner I would fire the two girls on the spot for not doing their job. This place really needs an undercover boss.

It’s a chain sandwich shop. Meaning the quality of the experience is driven entirely by the staff. This particular Subway has excellent staff with a very customer forward ethos. They go out of their way to ensure that you get high value/quality for the money.

Made 3 very hefty sandwiches that we’re well put together! Best of all when the third sandwich steak fell on the ground she immediately said sorry and started make new steak knowing we had two other sandwiches getting cold. Best customer service I’ve personally delt with.

The employees do not work with a sense of urgency during a rush period. At noon they had 2 inexperienced employees working. Took more than 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Very poorly run. No manager on duty during the lunch rush. Very unhappy. Will probably not return. Every time I’ve come here they take an extremely long time to make your food.
