First time ever eating here. They only had one person to greet, sit, take order, cash you out, and take all of the Togo orders that walk in. Surprisingly, he did quite well. He was very knowledgeable and made recommendations. Very nice! The food came out quick and fresh, also. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was a spontaneous stop and a treat by my daughter and my first visit however, my Daughter and Grandson have frequented on many occasions, and after entering from my observation, the ambience was very relaxing and the greeting by the cashier was very friendly and professional, our wait for service after placing three orders wasn’t long.

I wandered in here today wow! Running some errands nearby. The pho was surprisingly good. Unlike most places in Atlanta, the broth didn’t taste like it came from a powder with too much salt and MSG. I’ve been to probably 10 Vietnamese places in Atlanta including some on Buford highway, and this one is above average. Again, I was surprised.

Recently every time I get the shrimp pho the shrimp is far past overcooked and the tails are always left on making it difficult to eat with the noodles. Used to love this place, but the quality of the protein the the pho has gone down.

accidentally ordered at wrong location and when i realized, i tried to call to see if there was any way to transfer the order or cancel and just start a new order at the new location. the guy told me they don’t do refunds and if i had called before the food was made he could do something but it was already made so he couldn’t do anything. no refund, no cancellation, nothing. yes it was my bad for accidentally ordering at the wrong location (i am from out of town) but i called as soon as i realized. i just don’t understand how you could help me if the food wasn’t ready but since it was, i’m no longer able to be helped, especially considering it wasn’t like hours or anything later, maybe like 10 minutes or so. i was so upset and disappointed i didn’t even reorder from the correct location. too many issues with pho24s lately

I’m so happy i decided to check out the Pho place in Atlantic Station!! Back home i had a local Pho place that was just amazing and I was scared i wouldn’t find anything as good here in Atlanta. But Pho 24 meet my expectations!! It seems this is a little chain around Atlanta but this one in Atlantic Station was really good. The waiter was really kind and friendly. It wasn’t busy at this time of the day so the atmosphere was really mellow. I spent a lot of time inside, even did a zoom class for 50 minutes lol. I ordered the Pho Ga (Chicken Soup) and I was blown away about how good it was!! I only got the small bowl but there was sooo much to eat. Honestly I could barely finish that bowl lmao. I’m so happy i found this place. I just know I’ll be frequenting this spot in winter a lot!

Not the best pho. I was waiting to be seated with other parties. It took too long to get serviced and I was seated outside in the cold because there was a wait inside. One of the workers also had an attitude, giving people the wrong food and asked me if I knew what I ordered.
