Great little tapas place in the heart of downtown DeLand. Our tapas selection and dinner was fantastic! The aspirins were my absolute favorite worth a side of the avocado sauce. The desert, however was just kind of okay. The molten cake was a little dry. I would definitely recommend getting the scoop of ice cream as an add on and just let it melt into the cake. The flan was also good but a little over cooked as well. Would still definitely go back to this place for some great tapas and dinner entrees.

I ordered the Nachos De La Vega. There were so many wonderful choices on the menu.mmit was difficult to choose. I chose the nachos because if you cannot make nachos then it’s not worth coming back. Well, they hit it out of the park. The food to chips ratio was right on. The flavors worked well together and the spice level was mild but noticeable. I kept wanting to put Chimchurri sauce on the beef, but I am glad I did not. It would have negatively offset the flavor pallet. All in all, this fun little restaurant held its own and is going to be a weekend stop off for us. Our server Daniella was very kind, and had a smile on her face and she genuinely seemed like she cared that we enjoyed ourselves. Drinks never went dry and she was very attentive….that is a breath of fresh air regarding servers today.

Food was alright, but that’s where the good ends. The inside was loud and semi-dark, and the glassware/silverware wasn’t clean. They also serve margaritas that don’t contain tequila – wine based, but nowhere on the menu does it say so. Save your taste buds and go somewhere else. 🙁
