First time trying Potbelly in Ohio and this was a great meal! My gf got the new Gyro flat and mac&cheese which she loved. I got the Pizza Melt and some broccoli cheddar soup, everything was very good. The cookie I got was huge and the perfect dessert after our meal. We’ll definitely be back to try other stuff because there’s a good amount of options!

Traditional sandwich shop. Standard dining fair, clean and well maintained interior, but what pushes this establishment into 5 star service is the antics of one Robert. This kind individual plays the straight man to the comedy stylings of the local law enforcement. His smile and personality could fill a room. I plan on visiting again just to sample the chicken club, a few laughs, and stories about Robert’s bowling teammates Moses, Lazarus, and Ruth.

I went here to order a sandwich and they served me bread with mold on it. I didn’t notice it until I got home, and tried to call the manager to rectify the situation. She did nothing but tell me I’d have to drive back nearly 20 miles WITH THE SANDWICH in order to provide me a refund. With a manager like that, I can see why an employee would be vile enough to serve me something like that. I won’t be back to this location.

I keep trying to give this place chances but every time I do an online order it takes them way past the pickup time to make it and I have to repeat my full order and name to them multiple times while I wait forever in line. If I do an online order it should be as easy as me picking it up when it’s ready. Please work on your customer service skills..

I ordered the chicken pot pie soup which I did not receive. I received someone else’s order. Potbelly said they would cancel my order so I could reorder. Out of $14.00 only $2.00 was returned to my $20.00 gift card. So I could not reorder. Not enough funds. So no chicken pot pie soup for me.

I placed an order for a sandwich and picked what I wanted on it on line. I was told the other ingredients was added because that’s what it comes with even if I didn’t select it. I called the store to fix the problem and spoke with Vivian the store manager She was very rude and seem to take pleasure in not assisting me. I asked for the corporate number and she told me to find it on line matter of factly. I even offered to bring the sandwich back and have it made like I want and she still was not interested in helping me. I use to encourage my coworkers to try this place for lunch and even picked it up at times but this will be my last time dining in a place that does not try to assist the customer even when I offer to bring the sandwich back. This has encourage me to take my and my coworkers business else where.

This is such a cute little food chain I had never tried before. Really good sandwiches, the staff were friendly enough, and the sugar cookies and their milkshakes are pretty heck’n good too. I’ve been here several times and every time it’s quick and efficient.

Came in today April 19th with my two young sons and my parents. The line was long but they got us through quick. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and efficient. The food was good per usual. I love Potbellys every time but what set this visit apart is my son had an absolute meltdown tantrum as soon as we sat down. Once he calmed down and our meal was done an older black man approached us I didn’t get his name but he joked around with us and my son and then offered to take him up to pick out a free cookie. It was just above expectation service and I really appreciated the gesture it was so thoughtful!

I tried the roast beef sandwich and it was tasty. We had to wait for some time as there was just one guy in the whole restaurant. However, he gave us complimentary chips and soda in order to compensate for the time we had to wait. I liked the gesture and that is what customer service should be like.
