They have completely cut off all human interactions with people that come into the lobby. No front cashier, its nearly impossible to get someone’s attention in the back to help serve you. They prioritize the drive-thru and completely ignore their customers in the lobby.

This is the best Taco Bell staff in Green Country. They have never gotten my order wrong. After the thunderstorm knocked out their internet and all I had was a credit card, they gave me the food for free. I plan to go back there forever.

Entirely unprofessional. Employees always take forever to answer the counter and they weren’t even sure if they take cash. Often times they’ll ask you multiple times to repeat your order and still will get it wrong.

Just wanted to say I’ve been going to this TBELL for a couple years and within the last month I have noticed such a change in the quality of my food AND the customer service. Waited 15 for 5 burritos, and when I pulled up I was the only one in line. They were cold, and made wrong. Meat and cheese only, how do you mess that up? No straw for drink and didn’t give me a receipt.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a couple times lately and it seems like it’s kind of dropping off a little bit. Been disappointed a little I get a number 3 and my burrito is all dough and somewhat small with lettuce beans and sauce there’s no meat it’s supposed to be a beef burrito supreme but it was not. And the taco as you can see in the picture is just simply a joke that’s supposed to be a taco supreme. Any places in this area to go to deal with this

This location by 61st and Mingo is very lacking. I come here a lot cause it’s close to work and my order is right maybe 30% of the time and the staff is very unprofessional. In the last 2 week along I have been told I can’t order red sauce with anything during breakfast hours and lied to when I asked for cinnabons with the person telling me they weren’t aloud to sell them anymore for legal issues. I believe the employee did not feel like using the fryer and that’s it because I immediately went to 71st and memorial and ordered some. With the employees there telling me they haven’t heard of such a thing. Then tonight I went inside and ordered my food and 15 or so minutes later was giving my food done wrong. I told them and they re did it and it was wrong again. I could then hear the irritated comments from the back. When I finally got my food done correctly it was not even wrapped. Much like the times it wasn’t wrapped when the order was made wrong the first 2 times.
