Me and my husband came to grab some food and they had no rice or black beans in the front. They had to get some from the back. Every single table was dirty and the floor had food everywhere. The trash cans were full as well. I went to get a lid for my bowl to take home, I mentioned the mess and an employee said she would come clean it. When we left like 4 employees were just standing by the register talking. Not even bothering to come clean up the lobby. The drink area was a mess and trash allover. I’d rather drive further to a different location for now on.

I asked for 3 bowls and the lady messed up 2 of them, since there were two employees trying to do my order. I will tell them what I want and the other will put it on the wrong one. The customer service was not to standards. You could tell they did not know what to do. The serving portion was ridiculous for the price. There was a guy waiting for a remake of a quesadilla for more than 20 minutes. Not satisfied with the customer service as well as the meet you can tell and taste it was taken out before time. Never come back to this place

The girl working the counter doesn’t even have her pulled back and I get home and find a long black hair in my food! NASTY! I’m reporting them to environmental services because that’s disgusting! I paid money for hairy food! GROSS!

I did have a little issue with the serving size but after speaking with the manager I decided to give a good review. Olivia handled my complaint perfectly she explained all issues and understood my side and did what she could to make it right. I wasn’t expecting anything so close to closing hours but the way she handled the conversation was it for me .

UPDATE: This location has fallen off bad no longer going to this location small portions bad customer service and prices stay the same or higher……………. Been to this Chipotle a few times now and always had a good/fast service. Honestly, I always get the same steak burrito with black beans, white rice and almost all of the extra goodness they offer(cheese, sour cream, guac, etc.) Always on point, well proportioned, and so far a happy customer. Keep it up don’t let me down now…

Food, as usual, is good. However, customer service not so much. Server was vary scarce with the portions, compared to all the other locations/times I’ve visited, and looked bothered when asked for more. When serving something with liquids, it would drag everywhere and bowls were very messy on the outside. The cashier had attitude as if she was doing you a favor. Almost had to reach behind the counter to grab my meal and cup. And the whole place was a mess. Rice on tables, trash on the floor, food all over the containers behind the counter. Never had issues before, maybe its just the crew at this time, or different management since last visit.

From my experience most of the Chipotles are good but the one next to the Montclair plaza is horible. They were out if chicken and regular meat and were worry about the guacamole being out instead of refilling the meat. You can even see the meat and chicken on cutting bored getting cold but they were not cutting it. They also grabbed chips for kids chip bags out of the regular chip bags they then gave us the regular chip bag with about 20-28 chips and refused to give us a new one. There seating area also smelt like the bathroom. Also most of the inside seats were dirty and they did not empty there trash cans trash was falling out of them . They were also very messy drink area was very wet and food had other food like corn and onions and other stuff in them.the last thing is they go super slow on filling up your bowl or burrito I also stated that I want chips and a drink more than about 7 times. I would not recommend you going here since they are very bad and slow. This is what my experience is at least.

Ordered the chicken salad. Then they said steak? No, I would like chicken. Paid for my meal, and went home. Then I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a steak salad bowl. I never opened the food up. I just took it back. Said I was charged for steak when I wanted chicken.. But I never opened the food. So because of the mistake. I gave it back and got my money back. It’s not rocket science people.
