I ordered here after about 6 months of not ordering. I guess they don’t want me as a customer, I used to order pretty regularly me and my uncle and aunt. So today I order a Party Pizza, I ask for extra cheese and sause and pizza Well Done! It came soggy as heck, crust white. How can you have the name Pizza in title and cannot make a simple cheese pizza?? They must not like making money.

They sent me the wrong order when I called to ask for tge right order he told me he would come pick up the food and for me to feed my kids McDonald’s or Burger king. I am so upset for I order her once a week and to be treated that way was unacceptable.

Was very dissatisfied with my order…I ordered the 2 plain slice lunch special…I called in to order and she informed me my order was ready thinking a pie just came out..got back to my job to see it was not. Called to inform she admitted no it wasn’t fresh it was what was left..They asked me to come back to refund but I was already back at work…the person in charge declined to take the call stating they were busy in which was not the owner…I have ordered from there quite often in the past but will not anymore the workers gave poor customer service. I hope the owner reads this. It only takes word of mouth and bad service to tarnish a business.

Got a stromboli from this place. It was okay as strombolis go, would have given four stars probably. But they gave me ketchup packets. Since when does ketchup go with that? It’s supposed to be a little tub of pizza sauce. I don’t know if it’s extra for sauce or you have to ask for it, but ketchup packets? Absolutely not.

Their food can be a hit or a miss at times. Their club sandwiches, breaded chicken wings, cheese steaks, pasta dishes and pizzas are usually GOOD. Their salads are HORRIBLE, there were several of times the salads were either old, spoiling or wilted. The customer service definitely needs improvement. The guy who they said was the manager who took my delivery order over the phone was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
