The catfish here is outstanding, in my book! The prep takes a few minutes, but it always comes out piping hot and delicious! I will gladly wait a bit to get food that’s fresh and tastes out of this world! Keeps me coming back!

Horrible it’s definitely not the same people or flavor.. the window girl don’t even look presentable neither does the man who brought out the food. I called to complain and all I got was” oh it’s not a sauce it’s a rub” like huh? What about the flavor? What about the quality it’s just a no for me and I’m sure everyone will eventually notice the difference in the quality and taste soon or later. Try to support ya own people and they never keep it consistent so I’ll never shop here again.

I had a taste for Saks wings and on the way home I stopped, placed my order for my favorite flavor mesquite and they were out. Nevertheless I still ordered and was pleased with the service, and promptness… Also would like to mention the to-go-bag what a refreshing look. Great addition!! If y’all didn’t know what boneless were, that’s all you had to say!! I got chopped up, dry, Pilgrim’s Pride tenders. NEVER AGAIN. I had to get a drink to help swallow it, SO DRY and CHEWY! I only have a 30 min lunch so I had no choice but to try to swallow this stuff down. I’m still shook that they sold me this for $9…..

Really? All drums? I couldn’t get a mix? Ok I know not to shop here anymore.. and this is not lemon pepper.. I see no lemon pepper on these… yall should take some notes from how its done in Atlanta. I went to Saks Wing Shak for the first time in 2017. I don’t get to go as often as I would like but personally, I think this is my favorite wing place in Chattanooga! The food is always made fresh (yes, that means expect to wait for a few minutes), the staff have always been kind and friendly, the variety of the food on the menu is unique but great (everyone will find something they like), and I honestly do not believe you can’t beat the prices – especially for what they have. If you have driven down Brainerd Rd and looked over at the place fourteen hundred times thinking “I’d like to try that place one day”, take the time out of your day and stop and grab something!

Only reviewing the hbbq wings my husband got today. They were over cooked and drenched in sauce. Got to do better so no one will crack their teeth please. Customer service was good and the whitening fish plate was tasty but my wings were awful. Won’t be returning.
