Popped into this newly opened location to pick up some chicken! Great corner appeal, very busy! Had to search for a parking meter. Business is good! Now, let’s talk food and service. The service generally speaking was good. I waited around 40 minutes for my food! However, seeing how they overlooked my order, the manager told them to offer me a free meal in addition to what I had paid for. You don’t have to ask me twice! Took the order to go, home. The food was good, fresh and seasoned very well. I like the presentation and how they put it in the brown paper bag with your name on it. I understand things happen, therefore I’m still going to give this one a four star. I liked it. Would I go back again? Yes indeed. Enjoy! CAB

I always enjoy my wings from this location and my order is correct every time. On the very rare occasion the wings may not be as fresh but they are still delicious and I am grateful, unlike some people in these reviews. Imagine being so bent out of shape over wings. Karen’s will be Karen’s. I order online or over the phone and pick up each time. I pick them up 10 minutes after my expected pick up time to ensure I don’t have to wait. I’ve only had to wait one time and it was not terribly long. I will continue ordering from this location, I suggest you do too.

Normally, never had a problem with this wingstop. Ordered via the app and had scheduled a 615pm delivery. Either people did not read the time and did the wings when I placed the order at 130pm and they sat there for 4 hours. Next to the dressings and veggies. Fries and wings were COLD. Veggies and Dressing were hot. Delivery person was nice.

Did internet order to be ready at 9:45 pm. Got there at 9:40 and the short girl with dyed red hair looked at all the bags on shelf and could not find my order so she asked manager who said its the next order up. 20 minutes later still not there so I tell them again my name and they now say they never got the order so I give them the order number and they find it on the shelf right where it was from when I came in 20 minutes earlier. So now its cold so I tell them just refund my money and I will go some place else, the counter person talks to the manager and the manager said it was just put up there ( It wasn’t because you could see the bag on the shelf the whole time) but it had my first name on it not my last name but I told them both my first and last name 3 times. Took my cold food and left no refund, Yes mistakes happen but when the counter worker and the manager (older Lady) lie to your face then its a problem. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Went here for lunch with my fiancé. Asked one of there unprofessional staff members (she wears sunglasses indoors) I asked her how much longer for wait because it had already been 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. She advised me about 5 minutes more and could guarantee that it hadn’t been that long. Offered my receipt to show proof and she refused to take it or look at it, then walked off and ignored me completely as I was still speaking to her. She had the worse attitude, super unprofessional, very rude, argumentative and very confrontational. I would never recommend this place. ZERO STARS (Forced to put 1 in order to post this) FYI.

Went here on April 28, 2023. This was the worst restaurant eveeeerr. Went with the family, only three of us, hoping to enjoy some wings. We ordered 30 wings and had to wait 46 friggin minutes. We went to ask them what was taking so long and they said they were backed up. But we watched as the served about 20 call in orders while we sat there. Then the id**t manager offered to give us 15 more wings. How are you gonna give 15 additional wings when you haven’t even given us our order. He also said he could personally make our order in 3 minutes. WHAT!!?!!?!!!! SO THAT MEANS YOU COULD HAVE GIVEN US OUR WINGS 40 MINUTES AGO? WHY THE H*L* HAVE WE BEEN WAITING SO LONG. GOT OUR MONEY BACK AND GOT OUT OF THERE. WILL NEVER GO BACK. YOU SHOULD NEVER GO THERE.

I liked wing stop at one point but the last 2 times I ate at this location I got sick. I told myself I’ll give them one more chance to redeem themselves. It‘s taken them an hour to make one single sandwich for me and I still don’t have it. Never eating at wing stop again lmao they weren’t even very busy.
