The guy with a bug afro was an amazing man. There is no way he is just an employee making minimum wage! I hope he is where he belongs for that place. That guy should be the manager! I’ve been to 5x Zips in Spokane and Cd’A, this one is by far the best in terms of chicken strips. They’re the only one I’ve been to that puts on seasoning salt on the whole basket, the chicken/fries are ALWAYS crispy and they don’t charge for extra dips. Speaking of dip, this location also has the best tartar sauce, hands down.

Ordered a cookie dough hurricane, the guy made a milk shake, with a straw, with whip cream on it. I said this is not a hurricane, he argued and said thats how we make them, i said its suppose to be similar to a blizzard or a mcflurry, he continued to argue and said no we are nothing like them. Lazy employee and needs to learn your own menu items.

I wanted to like this place, it’s got great character, but there are two things that really killed my experience. First of all, a simple burger combo with some cheese sticks was $18. I could go to a very nice restaurant for that price. It was good, but not wonderful. Not worth that much. Second, I had to stop for an emergency bathroom break about an hour down the road. I was lucky that there was a truck stop nearby when it hit me, or else I don’t know what I would have done. I have a very strong stomach and I can put down and digest almost anything, but my bowels were very unhappy with me after eating here. Your mileage may vary but I don’t think l’ll be coming back.

I waited in drive through 20 minutes before backing out and leaving. There was only 1 car ahead of me. I had a difficult time backing out due to the curbs etc. Would have been nice if they had told the car to move up ahead. All I wanted was some coffee. I haven’t gone back.
