I give up…. It’s like 95% you will not get your sauce unless you ask at the window, at almost every location Ive been to. I get the same thing every time, spicy chicken sandwich meal. I drove to the hotel, got some sad excuse for a burger. besides the wrong thing it’s cold, the bun is hard on one side. I should of checked my bag, but by the looks of the burger it wouldn’t of been much different.

This is by FAR the WORST Wendy’s location in DFW. I’ve lived in Princeton for 4 years and not once have I had a great experience here. I unfortunately come here more often than I should because of the limited fast food options in the area but the food and service is always terrible. 80% of the time the order is wrong. The food is never fresh. They make you wait at the drive thru line for over 5 mins just to place an order every time I go. I even went for drinks only one night and they somehow managed to mess that up by giving extra ice instead of no ice. It’s like all they can hire there is clueless teenagers. These people lack common sense and any ounce of customer service skill. They take zero pride in the food they make and it’s really sad.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever for Me , and for the dad that walked in with his two sons or the lady that was doing a door dash order patiently waiting she said for 15 minutes before I even arrived! The Work crew is not at all up to par for any positions they’re trying to fulfill they were literally in their own world while we stared at them waiting patiently for 20 plus minutes to put 4 chicken nuggets into their correct box a small fry and a carton of milk into a bag and hand it over to me??? Not acceptable and not O.K. will never return. Everyone around me left and cancelled their orders!???? Please do a mandatory drug test on all employees!??

Went through the drive thru and was asked to wait to place order at the menu. Waited over 3 minutes before being helped. Drive thru attendant was not the friendliest and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them that I was purchasing food. After receiving order I pulled over to check my items and saw they forgot a part of my order. So I had to go back thru to get the missing items which started the wait process again at the menu. Store wasn’t busy to where a long wait would be expected. Spent over 20 minutes there getting my food and by the time I returned home everything was lukewarm/cold.

The food was extremely cold. Workers sleeping in the corner, homeless people inside and outside the restaurant sleeping. Front door handle was dirty, entire door needs to be cleaned. I have pictures. Bathroom was nasty with no soap. Kitchen area were food is being cooked was dirty on a early Saturday afternoon. The drink machine was dirty and looked to not have been cleaned in weeks. We had to ask them to wipe it because I didn’t want to touch the screen. This place needs to be closed down or new management. What I experienced today is totally unacceptable!

27 minutes. That’s how long I waited. 3 cars in front of me. They take one order at a time, have the car pull up, take the payment cook the food and then give the food. Once that car drives off they will then take another order. Kinda defeats the whole fast food idea. But you would think the food would be freshly cooked with this process, but you would be wrong.

This places need new management! The first time I bought from here the manager told me that yes my fries were in the bag. So I drove off and I stop because my fries weren’t in the bag! So I got off and wasted 5 more minutes after he said I did put the fries in your bag so he said let me see because he didn’t believe me. Bare in mind my kids were in my car still waiting. I just can’t believe he looked at me and didn’t believe when I said you didn’t give me my fries. He finally realized he didn’t and decided to go make some. Now let’s get to the 2 time which was today. The people were moving super slow. I order a number 7 and double check before I payed and the lady told me yes you purchase a bacon burger. Which the lady was in a bad mood. But at this point I just wanted my food. When I got home noooooo bacon! I’m like what in the world again they forget my order. At this point I’m done with Wendy’s here in my area. I hate saying it but they are horrible at their job. Maybe you need some one who knows how to hire the right people. I mean the prices went up on our food we should be able to get decent customer service.
