Food took about two hours from the time I ordered it, to receive it. And you would think that with the long wait times, they might take a little more pride in their product. But no. The order came haphazardly thrown in the bag, buffalo sauce spilling on the burger and the bottom of the bag. The food was cold and underseasoned. It was very disappointing. I’ll never order from here again.

Wings are dry and tasteless. Management is also all over the place. Placed an order, received it, ate it, and management told me that my UberEats carrier couldn’t get to their restaurant so they had to cancel the order. Giving 2 stars because I didn’t have to pay for these wings. Wingstop is still the most elite wing place in the Miami area

The number you call for help just sends you to a general care line for the food delivery services. Waited on my food for over two hours and then had it canceled because they couldn’t find anyone to pick it up. If I could actually speak to someone on the phone to figure out where the physical location is i would have picked it ip myself.
