This place is the real deal. Amazing service and food! We had the mozzarella sticks, a thin crust white pizza and a Katy dough “meat lovers” style and a Chicago dog. All were awesome. Fav was the dog and the white pizza. They also have a great beer selection and local whiskey as well. Can’t wait to go back!

I found it! I found my Chicago style deep dish in the Houston area after 2 years of searching ever since leaving Chicago, the one thing that has been a real struggle to find is GOOD pizza. So glad I stumbled across this place and decided to make the drive from Spring to their location. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely go again!! The absolute only thing I’d make note of is that I feel like my guest and I were forgotten about a few times. Had to ask a couple times to get a new drink, “hey man, I think you forgot about my drink”. Then, since I was driving I limited my alcohol consumption and when he asked if I wanted another I said No, and he just took my glass and didn’t even offer me anything else like water or anything haha. So I was without a drink for a good portion of my dinner. Either way, still gets 5 stars because the pizza was awesome, the atmosphere was great and even though there were a few small hiccups, it is what it is. Will be back and would recommend

Hands down best pizza dough in the Katy area — on par with Gypsy poet if you know your pizza here in Houston. I got the double dough pizza and gotta say I haven’t tasted anything like this since my summers with my brother in Chicago hurry and support this place, it won’t disappoint

We came to Big Z’s for a friend’s birthday; a group of over 10 of us. Service was pretty good. Two bartenders and the owner all chipped in to make sure our needs were met. Food came out a little staggered, and we would occasionally have to ask for sides (ranch etc) that we initially asked for when we ordered, but that wasn’t a huge deal to us.
