Their pizza is some of the best among big chains in town, and the spot is convenient to campus. But, catyered order timing was poor, and I’ve never dealt with such an inept order-taker over the phone. It took 20 minutes to order 10 pizzas, and he still got it wrong, based on a lucky call-back later to add another.

I am a vegetarian and ordered a pacific veggie pizza for me and chicken Pizza for my husband. They messed up my order giving me two meat Pizzas. When I tried to get a solution to this, and asked for store credit , Ms Megan – the store manager at Dominnos South college was very rude and disrespectfully talked to me as if she was obliging me by giving me a store credit! I wish she pays for this rude behavior. A very bad experience for me as far as communication is concerned. The employees were good to talk to and apologized as well!

On Sunday night I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 7:17 and waited in the restaurant to pick up my pizza. I didn’t receive the pizza until after 8:20. As I sat in the store I saw two employees who looked like they were in a hurry to get orders prepped and in the oven or out the door to deliveries. The other 3 employees looked like they weren’t doing anything to help the others. One was strolling around eating pizza (if he was on break he probably shouldn’t be out in the kitchen area) and the others were just taking their sweet time, wandering around, looking around, not doing their best to help with the obvious busy night. The phone was ringing the entire time- no one answered it. I worked in a pizza restaurant and know that when there are that many people waiting for their food with longer than 40 minute waits, there’s always something I could be doing to help. The person at the register wasn’t very nice or helpful when people asked about wait times. Not very pleased with the store. At least the pizza was good when I finally got it after an hour of waiting.

I have always been a fan of domino’s pizza and I have only had one issue in the past with one local store, but I have not had any problems since then. I believe it was just bad management and I don’t order anything from that particular store anymore. Food is great, hot and freshly baked. Friendly delivery service and fast service time.

I would like to give it a zero star if I could. The service and delivery were disappointing. My order was supposed to be delivered at 8:03, and it was successfully delivered to SOMEWHERE ELSE. Tried to solve this issue on the web and I called them twice, but I didn’t get any feedback. After 30 mins, this COLD pizza was delivered when I headed to Domino’s to solve this issue.

Discriminatory on delivering. When I leave a tip on the credit card they have no problem delivering to me (less than a mile away) but when I opt to tip in cash I get a call saying they don’t deliver to my area at night. Since when? Since last month when i ordered? It’s utterly disgusting.
