This is absolutely horrible. We were told that the original chicken had been sitting there for 4hrs but they had crispy that was just made, but it was dry. The biscuits were burnt and hard as rocks. Definitely NOT worth the price! Will not be back!

I went to pick up my Doordash order at 9:35 p.m. tonight, 8/7, and when I pulled in the drive thru was completely shut down. So I parked in front of their front doors, both were locked. Called multiple times, no one answered yet there is one female employee and two male employees there. I can see the order on the counter on the far left of the counter (pictures included in this review). All three of them saw my car with my headlights on. I went up to the front glass and knocked & knocked. They all glanced at me at some point, but pretended to not see me and quickly walked away out of sight. When they thought I was gone, the girl came out, grabbed her some food and was eating behind the counter (pictures also included). Right before I left the girl walked by and clearly saw my car out there and looked right at me, also in the pictures. When there is an order that they clearly prepped, they obviously know someone is coming, but as a customer there was no way to pick it up. Per Google, they close at 10pm. Again, I was there at 9:35.

Had my dad order and pick it up, my mom ordered grilled chicken, they got it wrong. Ordered 12 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 9?! No mac n cheese, and no sauce. It was horrible and my mom couldn’t even eat her food? Had no starry either, and also took forever for them to get the food?! Yeah no. 0 stars for me, but I’m warning y’all and sharing my opinion since you’ll probably be very disappointed also

SO BAD. Disgusting and inedible. Chicken was super dark and saturated in grease. Biscuit hard as a rock and ice cold fries. Total waste of money!!! Do not eat here! I sent in an email and no response. Owner should at least TRY to make it up to paying customers 🙁

Hello, now i have had good service at others kfc but this one here , the young lady they have for a manager is a disgrace to KFC always have a attitude bad customer service , i have been there twice and both times was not so good especially this last time, they had a trainee on the register and she couldn’t count and the mangers, it was another lady there doing inventory and they both was white and the cashier was black and neither one of them would stop to help her count out these customers money when i walked in i stood there for a minute and i was wondering what was going on and i was like where are your manager and was standing there and she was asking for help so i said i will help you then they both walked over, then with me the cook had to help her do my coupon we waited on one of them to come and help but they never did until the end and i have to say something because customers come first then you go back to inventory. Before i walked out the manager n i had words because i told them i wanted hot fries and i told her to drop me some hot fries and she said three minutes but i stood there for about 10 minutes , i told the mangers, you have bad service and a bad attitude if you don’t want to work give it to someone who will do rite.

Everyone working drive through will act like they don’t see a line forming in the front and won’t come to take your order unless you ask-and then they will proceed to treat you as a nuisance. Today I asked the GM how long my door dash order would be and she shrugged her shoulders and complained that they were super backed up (there were 2 cars in the drive through) The couple in front of me walked out- I walked out- and I made sure to tell the couple walking in not to bother. That’s 5 paying customers right there- I wonder how many they are losing on a daily basis. This place needs better management or I assume they won’t be around much longer. Will no longer be accepting deliveries from this location.

We have ordered from many KFC’s over the years, and in many states, but I have never been served food that has been consistenly bad as this one. So, yesterday, … we stopped for chicken strips. Service was fine, but noticeably slow. We ordered chicken strip meals, and were told they were out of french fries. Weird, but not a problem. The strips we were served had obviously been sitting under a warmer for a very long time. They were dry, chewy, and barely warm. Even the coating had turned rubbery. They had to be thrown out. The biscuits were dense, dry, floury, and had white, hard, salty sprinkles on them, …again, inedible. So, for abt 18$, we could only eat the mac and cheese. This was not our first visit to this restaurant, nor our first negative experience with them, but after given them several chances, it will be our last. I hope the management takes notice and cares enough abt the place to implement some much needed oversight.

I normally don’t have a problem, but tonight was not the night. I ordered just two famous bowls and it didn’t take long to serve. We start eating and the chicken is stale. I tried calling 3 times and no one answers. Instead of it letting me leave a message, it’s connected to something else asking for an access code. Like what the heck?? They didn’t have any business by the way if this helps.
