Highly recommend this great new spot in Dover! The food and drinks are a welcomed change from the usual fare in town. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and it’s always an enjoyable visit. The specials are out of this world and well worth a try. The regular menu items are consistently amazing as well. I recommend the green Bloody Maria (trust me!) and the Spanish Benedict. Incredible! The restaurant is open during the day when many aren’t and the Friday happy hour from 3-6 is always a fun, themed event. Check out this awesome place!

I love how unique and varied the menu is, really does feel like I could try a bite from all around the world. It’s been so long since I’ve seen shakshouka on the menu, and halloumi fries! Speaking of, both of those were so tasty, highly recommend. The shakshouka had the right amount of feta, and the fries had this delicious herbal oil on them. The crazy burger was also pretty good. We came really hungry and the portions did seem a bit smallish to us, but it was great because we got to order more. The service was really slow, and they explained that it was because they usually aren’t open on Mondays and were super short-staffed.

Excellent experience! Not your typical breakfast spot. This place has a great menu for foodies like my wife and I. I had one of the specials,Polish Benedict. Eggs Benedict over periogies topped with slices of kielbasa.. what!!!? One of the best flavor/ texture combinations I’ve ever had…. I hope this becomes a permanent addition to their menu. My wife ordered the loco moco a Pacific Islander delight ( she’s a Pacific Islander) and it was absolutely delicious! The pork belly bite were cooked to perfection and the dipping sauce paired perfectly with it. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you for a great dinning experience!

Unique concept of the fusion brunch menus! The place was packed with people so the anticipation for this brunch place opening was real. The menus tasted very good, although the portions were relatively small to the price. The pork in the bao buns were kind of dry and hard to chew but the overall flavor was yummy. The bubble waffle was lovely with the small fruit salad on top. The shakshouka would have been more filling if it had either more protein to it or more naan on the side as other than the one egg in it, it was mostly sauce so more like salsa. Definitely want to try the other menu items, especially the ones that people are saying were very good.

This place is very stylish…ambience is comfy and very well decorated. I see big potencial for this business. The menu is amaaaazing but the drink price is excessive for the area. 12-13 for a mimosa NO. Some other drinks 14 is a NO. Mimosas shouldn’t be no more than 10. Adjust the drink menu, offer more affordable options and Im sure people will order more drinks and more appetizers too. Its a place not to eat and go…you should enjoy the atmosphere.

Everything here is absolutely amazing. The service was great, and the staff were super friendly. They have a plethora of food that incorporates international tastes like kimchi, ube, plantains, and shakshouka. The curry tots and all the other sharables were a perfect size for two to three people. They offer everything from espresso martini to vietnamese coffee. I will definitely be going here again!

My husband and I hurried to the soft opening this morning and had a diverse and delicious brunch! I had the Hong Kong Bubble Waffle (naturally gluten free) which was a fun combination of crunch and soft center with colorful tapioca bubbles and tiny chunks of fruits. My husband had the plantain and carnitas hash and loved it. The owner, Kristen (not sure how to spell her name) stopped by to check on us. I have Celiac Disease and my server notified the kitchen to be extra careful. Gallivant over to Dover and eat with gusto!

New favorite brunch spot!!! Fantastic, professional and kind staff. The food is even better. The cocktails are phenomenal! My favorite is the strawberry guava chilcano! Wicked strong and wicked delicious. They also have really good lattes! Hop makes the best lattes, make sure to ask for Hop. Love love love this new restaurant. 10/10 will be coming here OFTEN!
