After 10 minutes of waiting at the speaker box we were greeted, they asked us to wait, okay fine. We waited an additional 10-15 minutes before our order was taken. Our order was slightly wrong. Just one entree of one of the plates was wrong. No biggie. But there was also a hair in our sesame chicken entree too. The rice was undercooked. Very disappointed.

We have visited this panda a lot since it is the closest to our house. They are SO SLOW! I do an online order and still have to wait 20 minutes when I get there to get my food. Tonight I had to wait for the teriyaki chicken and then they DONT EVEN PUT IT IN MY BOX! My kids love panda but I’m going to make the trip to a father one from now on!

I’m new to the area and I’ve been to this location twice through the drive through and they barely gave me any chicken both times. The first time I asked for more and they gave me more but the 2nd time I just left. I don’t plan on going back because of this, but if I ever do I’ll have to go inside because otherwise they won’t give me a good portion for my entree.

Went to this store at 9:00 pm. Store closes at 10:00 pm. Started my order-wanted Super Greens- the bin was empty. So I asked for Super Greens. The worker said the kitchen was closed. You’re telling me you can’t steam a few vegetables for a few minutes. Ridiculous. I eat at Panda about once a month. I will no longer eat at Panda Express ever again. Boycotting.

I ordered delivery. I have been craving specifically sweet and sour sauce. On my online order I clocked the box and wrote it in special instructions. I received no sauce and I didn’t receive any other requested extras. Im very disappointed.

Last night I waited for over an hour stuck in the drive through because of the lay out waiting to order two entrees. When I finally got to the window the employee had no idea what my order was. I was asked to wait 5-7 additional minutes for chow mein and I agreed to it. I paid for my food. 5 minutes later another employee asked me to park and wait for my food. 10 more minutes went by and a different employee walks out without the food, asks what my order was supposed to be, took my receipt, walked inside and brought the food back out. He didn’t say have a good night or apologize for the longer than necessary wait time. He literally said nothing. When I got home, not only was there sauce spilled in the bag, the food was cold, the chow main that I parked and waited an additional 10 minutes for after already waiting an hour for wasn’t in the container. They gave me fried rice instead. There weren’t fortune cookies or silverware in the bag. I am beyond upset at how horribly this was handled. I paid nearly $30 and this is the worst experience I’ve had. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

The atmosphere here has gone down in recent months. Food is almost never fresh and tastes old. Manager was argumentative and refused to substitute a larger water bottle for a kids meal at no charge because they were out of the small sizes. The only reason I come here is because my kids like the orange chicken.

My meal was supposed to be done at 2:52 and i’m just walking out with my food at 3:11, i sat in there nicely waiting and waiting for my food to be done. a group of people walked in after us and one lady started their whole meal, and then again someone else was taken care after them. While the 5 other employees just stood around in the back laughing and talking, not helping the girl employee prepare meals. One other guy was taking care of the drive through, but yet again the other 5 just stood around looking clueless. Then about 10 min into the wait some other online order was tired of standing around waiting. he nicely approached as the manager and other lazy employees who did nothing the whole time, and one man with a back brace on looked at him and walked off AFTER he said “excuse me” trying to get their attention. Finally he was noticed and they finally realized how bad at service they were doing, they finally grabbed my meal that had been sitting there and done the whole time, just for the same chick to give it to us, who was taking care of all the other orders.

Fried rice tasted dull and the rangoons were sooooo greasy. Orange chicken was good though.

When we go eat Chinese food you look at a menu and have no idea what it is.
