Marketplace & company is an absolute gem to find in Mitchell, NE! ✨ The owner Mindy is an absolute delight and her customer service is by far the BEST we have come across in such a long time. The feeling here is that you are embraced like family. Everything about the atmosphere, food and staff makes you feel like they are taking care of just you and your table. Making you feel special is an understatement. Would HIGHLY recommend coming here to celebrate special occasions and anytime you need a date night or just some wonderful food. The talent in the dishes made is almost too hard to put into words that do justice. Amazing, sooo delicious! Your taste buds will be happy you stopped here and your heart should be bursting when you leave. Genuine, amazing people and fantastic food. This place is a MUST!✨

I was blown away the first time I came here by the friendliness and the atmosphere! My daughter really likes the room that is set up with books and toys and she will beg me to go play at the coffee shop. There is a large selection of drinks and flavors to choose from. The food is also delicious, with the scones being my favorite. We aren’t local but we make sure to stop every time we are in town.

We discovered this adorable place last year on the #NebraskaPassport program. We purposely planned another trip to the Mitchell area from Omaha just to go to this restaurant for our 39th Anniversary. We have experienced many fine restaurants in the Omaha and Kansas City area but NOTHING tops this place! The owner Mindy and her family work so very hard to make your experience unique and special.

I’m originally from the Denver area but my mom and dad just moved to Nebraska.. we were looking for something yummy to eat and came across this cute little place.. It is a restaurant but it also carries fun little retail items in it… Not only that but they offer so much more then what I just mentioned. We came in to eat some of their Italian food though! We met the owner Mindy and she was the most kind hearted person I have ever met in my entire life. She made us feel so welcomed and special with her genuine care. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and it shows in how she treats her customers as well as her out of this world recipes. I’ll definitely be heading back to the big city and telling everyone about my experience here. Thank you again Mindy for treating us like family without even knowing us prior to coming in.. not only that but again for your incredible food! I will definitely be back in and I’m sure my parents will be stopping in again as well!
