The employees in Lacey are AMAZING!!!! Guy that took our order was so respectful, patient & polite! The guy that gave us our order was also extremely pleasant, he even complimented my earrings, It was our first time going to Popeyes, I was was super impressed with these young people. God bless them all!!! Additionally our order was fresh and complete! Excellent experience, somewhat uncommon these days!❤

This is the best Popeyes I have ever went to! I wanted to get food for a work party today and I couldnt have asked for better. The manager Sue was so helpful and accommodating. They are so well organized and had my food ready in no time at all. I’m assuming people are saying all these negative things because they had to wait but wouldn’t you rather wait for fresh fried chicken? My order was over 20 to 30 different things and $300 dollars and nothing was missed. I highly recommend eating her and their score deserves to be much much higher!

Chicken was dry, mashed potatoes hardly had any gravy. I specified 2 breasts and 2 wings, got 2 breasts and 2 legs. Drove all the way home to find this out.
