First time here for pizza salad buffet. It starts 11am till 1pm. Veriety of pizza were great. The employees kept bringing on creation of tasty pizza. Some i have never tried before. Everything was great. The employees were super nice and kept my drinks refilled. The salad bar was ok. Not the most choices to add to your salad but enough to satisfy your veggies craving. Overall it’s a great place to bring your kids. It was approximately $34 + Tax for 3 people with soda .

Worst food experience ever. Ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza for pick up, was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived, and waited 40 more minutes and watched as my pizza sat outside the oven for 20 of that – getting cold on top but continuing to cook the bottom in the pan. Left with the cold pizza, as the only option they gave me was to refund my money and leave with no pizza. I took the cold pizza, at full price, just so I would be so angry I would never go back. Got home and discovered that there were hardly any pepperoni on the pizza – had a large slice with 1 1/2 pepperoni on it! This used to be a great place to eat and take your family. Not anymore!! Should have known it was going to a bad experience as I watched 2 others leave without their pizzas due to a very lengthy wait. Horrible.

My order was not made according to the requested customizations requested and I paid for additional toppings (no green peppers and add tomatoes to the supreme) but did not receive as ordered. Also, my order was delivered 25+ minutes after I received the text notification that my order was out for delivery. I called the store and was told they had no order for my name and delivery address. While I was on the phone with the store the delivery person finally showed up. There is only one location in town and I live at most maybe 10 minutes from the store. Very disappointing and not a great experience.

I went the All–You–Can–Eat lunch buffet & I was ” knocked off my feet ” on how EXCELLENT the pizza & salad bar was !!!. The pizzas were smokin’ HOT & FANTASTIC tasting , & the Salad bar , that is also ” All–You–Can Eat ” was clean as could possibly be !!. In fact , I inadvertently spilled some French salad dressing on the Salad bar ( maybe 2 or 3 drops ) & before I got back to my booth ; possibly 12 feet away , The General Manager– Kristy ( Spelling ?? ) has an employee ” wipe up ” the spilled French salad dressing that Ii spilled. !. On a scale of 1–10 , this Pizza Hut in Laramie is worth $9.95 + 6% Sales tax. I would rate it ” higher ” than 10 , but apparently that’s is as high as this ” Survey ” goes !. I can’t wait to go back again . Oh , I almost forgot ; on the pizza buffet , there’s 2 ” casseroles ” — a Sausage & rigatoni casserole & a chicken Alfredo casserole with rigatoni that’s almost ( LOL ) as good as the Italian Sausage casserole. I know this is Alot to read , but Ive had some ” fair–bad ” Pizza Hut buffets around the Country, & this is by far THE BEST pizza buffet that I’ve had in years ; and only $9.95 !!. This is a Great ” Steal of a Deal ” !!. ENJOY !!.
