Billy flora who works here is selling narcotic pills out of the store! Everybody just looks the other way! Billy flora slurrs his speech and has an odor! Let me start by saying whoever was working the front counter tonight was an absolute swine. She was rude like no other and gave me attitude for making her ring up some condiments and asking for red peppers. I hope she reads this because she needs to be slapped over the head for her actions. I love Papa John’s but the pizza was awful. No taste, no sauce and poor customer service. As someone who just moved to WV and found out they had a papa John’s I was excited to try it, unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. I use to order papa John’s a lot during my time of service but I will not go back to this location. Sad to think this is how this location treats their veterans.

This location always gets my order wrong; from missing toppings to wrong pizza. I order online, so there’s no excuse for not hearing the order correctly. One time they replaced my order and still got it wrong. I stopped having delivery; a 45 min wait turned into 2.5 hours because the driver got lost (directions are on the box), then when he arrived the pizza was wrong. He had delivered my pizza to someone else. He said he would go back and get it if they hadn’t already ate it. About 45 mins later, he informed me that a new order would be made. We really like Papa Johns pizza, just not this location. In the last year and a half, we have cut our normal ordering to 1/4 and still received at least 6-7 bad orders. Ridiculous.
