I’ve been a customer of this place for a long time and the food is really delicious! Last week I craved a DeLuxe clazone and decided to accompany it with 10 chicken wings, but I don’t eat flats I asked that they all be drumettes and there was no problem! The food was excellent! Today I decide to repeat the same great experience but the cashier told me that she couldn’t give me all drumettes!!! I asked why because last week I asked for the same thing and there was no problem! The manager on the back told me that it was a company policy. I ask them when they changed that policy because the lady manager who attended me last week did not say anything about it. The cashier answered me that she did not know why that manager did it, but the one who answered me was the district manager! I was stunned! Is that good customer service? I told the cashier, forget my order, I no longer want it and I left. What is the problem that they are all drummettes? I’m not going to pay for something I don’t eat! And especially when I’m paying $15.00 for them! I’m sorry but I will never set a foot in that store again!!!

Came in after placing an order for carry out, and noticed a dasher having issues with an order, overheard of an order placed over an hour ago that was never made. None of my business but it’s still a red flag I noticed coming in.. I went under the assumption that this location has new staff and have made a mistake as is to be expected. Onto my food… I was not impressed by the slightest bit. I did not know that the pizza bowl does not come with a crust underneath, so all I had in my pizza bowl was cheese, sauce and toppings… not to mention the bowl looked like nothing as advertised, it was extremely thin, completely flat. The cheesy bread didn’t look bad but it tasted a bit too done. That left us with the bbq chicken wings. It was… ok. Not crispy, a bit mushy, but better than the other 2 items I ordered, although I requested garlic butter in my order but received ranch sauce instead. However, I ordered a single pizza from this location last week and was fairly satisfied when it comes to pizza at a fair price. Unfortunately after tonight I give it a 3 star rating… I just hope that the lack of quality and service is due to new staff that are still learning.

OMG! That was unexpected! My best friend and I decided to try out a new pizza place (it’s our thing to try different restaurants and review them), so we chose Marco’s Pizza. I’m a vegetarian, so I ordered a veggie pizza. It was AMAZING! The dough was very fresh. I couldn’t stop eating even after being super full. My friend and her daughter were beyond impressed as well. So when I came home, later that night I reheated and devoured this deliciousness. And guess what? Next day I told my friend, “That pizza was so good, I’m mind-blown!” She said, “I know, right?” And then I said, “Hey, do you wanna go there again?” It was sorta a joke but not really. She was totally on board, so we chose a different location (First one was by 192 and second in Hunter’s Creek) and stuffed our faces with the same pizzas. And guess what? Later that day I came home and finished it off, again. That never happened. So now I say, “there’s good pizza and then there’s Marco’s Pizza.”

Took forever. Was told 5 min. Waited 30 mins while they were giving out orders to people who came after us. Person ordered 1 pizza makes it very hard on dashers who get the wrath. when it’s not their fault the pizza is late. Do better.

Pizza is good. Price is good. Ingredients? We like the garden pizza but they dont use any fresh products. Can olives and can mushrooms. Terrible mix witha good tasting pizza.

Not I’m impressed. Not awful but not great. The staff was 5 star all the way I will give them that. They were awsome. The cheese bread is good I enjoyed that. The pizza. Not impressed. They use a very oily cheese and the dough just can’t support it. I ordered susage and got got huge lumps of meat on my pizza. Pizza should have either thinly sliced or crumbled susage. Over all very greasy. I don’t think I’ll order from there again.
