We ordered our sandwiches, but the bread used was not fully cooked. The sandwich was large and wasn’t cut in half. I tried very hard to eat the sandwich but everything was falling apart. It was all pretty gross mess. The sandwich leaked throughout the paper it was wrspped in. My hubby had the same problems.

This is the place if you like cheesesteaks. One of the better ones I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. It’s a really nice place to eat. When I’m in town, I’ll definitely be going here again. Highly recommend.

I tried the cheese steak sandwich. It was good nothing special. I hate to say what I saw,the young man cooking saw a customer walk in and the counter person was doing something by the drink machine. So the cook started to walk to the front, as he was walking he clean out his nose with his shirt collar. He helped the customer and went straight back to the grill grabbed a handful of onions and started cooking. Never washed his hands. I wish I hadn’t seen this. Who does that with their shirt collar. Needles to say they need some training. Sorry for the long review but had to tell what I witnessed.

The service… They had 4 employees there, none seem to be doing much, working might be a stretch, and we were their only customer. (Not to be mean, but you get way faster service at subway with 2 people) See picture of the counter. It took more than 10 minutes get 1sandwich. The food…see picture, with such a small amount of lettuce it doesn’t even make sense to put it on. Good amount of meat that is a plus, but doesn’t change the fact there isn’t anything special about the sandwich. Prices are a bit high for a low quality sandwich. Honestly the bread was thick and skinny, see picture. It reminds me Walmart deli sandwich, same size, 1/2 the price. I assume there hard-working people and they’re trying to make a good living. And so they need positive reviews. I just hope other people have better experiences than I did.

We were the only customers dining in until two other people showed up. It took 30 minutes exactly to make 4 burgers and a cheesesteak. They forgot to bring the cheesesteak. All the fries were very overcooked and tasted terrible. I had to clean off a table for us. Generally unclean dining area. Everything was sticky. They tried to say it was because they were understaffed, but they had more staff than customers. The manager was nice and remade our fries.

Sub had great taste but unfortunately they came with a surprise, that metal shavings and hair. Tried contacting the manager to come to table to not make a big scene at the restaurant, the worker made a face right away, walked off and the manager was too busy to attend a consumer. She went to the table and we let her know to please let the manager know that there were hairs on the subs and sharp metal. Don’t think I’ll go back even if the subs are great sad about this one because I love cheese steaks and they did taste good. Please do better with cooking and food prep area this could harm a person specially the metal.

The dining area was dirty, self serve drink area a mess. Poorly trained and slow teenagers seem to be running the place. Whomever owns this store needs to spend a few days a week working there until conditions improve.

5.26.23 at 2015-2030ish, two of your “closers” walked out of your facility ran across a busy road. Threw your drink cup on the ground near the car wash (littering). I then yelled at them from Reeds Dairy (across the street), and asked for them to pick it up their trash. The two gentleman then gave me the finger for calling them out and embarrassing them . I had my wife and three girls witness this event. Not impressed. I would love to chat with a manager about the event. Please respond to this review and we can chat. Your voicemail is full.

Love this place but.. unfortunately found a hair in my sandwich. I picked up through drive thru and had to drive back to return inside. That’s when I noticed the guy manning the grill was not wearing a hat and did not have his long floppy bangs pulled back at all. The girls at the register were very nice while working on my refund. Unfortunately I was also able to notice the other employees while waiting. One was building a sandwich with gloves yay! But then he scratched his head and did not change his gloves. There just seems to be some basic food handling issues with gloves and containing your hair that are missed at this place. Which is sad since I will miss eating here.
