Well where do I even begin? Hmm, let’s start with the boss his attitude and lack of perfesionalism! Saturday morning my brother, sister in law, brother in law decided this year we’d make our Mothers Day special and order a bushel of Male number 2 crabs they were set to be delivered at 2:00 pm on Sun well they didn’t show up until almost 4:30 pm on Sun (no big deal it’s Mother’s Day so it’s busy) well, when they finally show up with our “crabs” they were ALIVE well, I should say half alive half dead, the girl had no idea who deleivered them so of course couldn’t be upset with we tried and her also tried to contact him and he ignored our calls along with hers on multiple occasions finally, we spoke to this man and from the moment we got on the phone with him he was nothing but rude and disrespectful and he finally wound up agreeing and admitting it was his screw up ( again no big deal your late it’s Mother’s Day) but, he was gonna bring us a fresh bushel and he said he’d be here in 45 mins mind you this was at 4:00 ok so when he finally shows up it’s almost 6:30-7:00 at that point we just wanted the crabs because we had a house full of people waiting for them! He did give us a whopping $30 discount off of them. Well, we go to crack them open and what do you know (besides the fact they’re light as feathers and could literally crack with your fist) they were smelling terrible and every single one I mean every single one was rotting black and green slime inside! Yes, I know not all crabs will be 100% perfect but a WHOLE entire bushel of crabs we didn’t even get 1 claw out of it. Well, within seconds me and all of us tried to contacts him on multiple occasions ignored our phone calls messages and even Facebook messages trying to be civil all we wanted was our $140 back that we used for the crabs never heard anymore well his excuse was he turned his phone off because he had a long hard day and his business was closed ok if that’s the case why on your hours page it says 8:00 pm on Sun? Hmm so again we let it play out for the night because there was nothing to do at this point just to wait until the morning well that’s what we did yet again tried contacting him, messaging him on multiple occasions until finally we got no where 12:00 in the afternoon is rolling around and we got fed up because these crabs could have made someone sick despite the money let’s talk about getting our kids sick or worse we’ll he could t respond to not one call, message nothing until we put a review on his page he didn’t like so his excuse for not refunding us is because we bashed his page and he had enough time to respond to my Mothers comment and not only be rude and disrespectful but delete and block her so the post couldn’t be on the page because all he was worried about was his reputation and his page not about if we were ok or a simple I’m sorry let’s make this right or if we’re sick just how wrong we were! Bottom line it’s not about money it’s about the health risks and how disgusting this WHOLE again WHOLE entire bushel of crabs were if I could post the photos on here I would along with the screen shots of the multiple calls, messages, Facebook messages where he ignored us because he didn’t wanna deal with it nor give us any refund towards our money! Bottom line DO NOT order from this place! They’re NOT licensed fisher man as they claim they purchase them from someone and resell them again I have screen shots to prove that as well also the health dept- will be contacted if not already and we will get to the bottom of this. God I hope no one purchases from them and gets what we did because God knows all we wanted was some crabs for our Mothers for Mothers day! This is my 2nd time for crabs. They were meaty, spicy and hot. Just the way we like them. Had to wait a bit for them to come off the pot but that’s okay because they added a few extra crabs!

If i could give this place less then one i would. They deserve nothing. and if we would have been compensated with honesty and our refund the day of after asking so many time it wouldnt have came to leaving such a horrible review. But its the truth. Sad exuse for a company or so called buissness!!! Ordered a bushel of steamed crabs the day before Mothers day, payed a deposit which he automatically took and sent out a bushel of live crabs ( admitted after repeated phone calls just took get an answer) that it was his mistake! After wauting till 430 for the crabs to even show up when they promised to be there at 2 then was very abrupt and rude on the phone! Funally told us he himself would bring us a steamed bushel but we had to wait even longer with a house full of people including 4 mothers on mothers day! And finally showed up again late and said he compensated with steamed corn that was not even fully cooked, gave us a discount of 35$ at that point we were ok until we got in to eat the crabs and 90% of them had black slim disgusting sick smell and the few that didnt were empty! When we tryed to contact him his phone went right to voice mail then i wrote a review on facebook in which he called me pretty much a lier and blocked me from responding NOT ONCE DID HE EVEN TRY TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT! At that point others posted reviews and he became very hostale and rude and said HE REFUSED TO REFUND THE 145$ OR DO ANYTHING BECAUSE ruined his buissness reputation, not 1 time was he even concerned that he brought us rotten crabs that went rught in the trash or if any of us got sick ! THIS IS THE TYPE OF BUINESS THAT GIVES OTHER SMALL BUISSNESS OWNERS BAD REPS. HE GETS HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO LEAVE GOOD FACEBOOK REVIEW AND WHEN SOMEONE HAS A PROBLEM HE DOES NOT EVEN TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT!!! VERY SAD…. AND yes we called repeadtly and not 1 time did he attempt to fix the terrible situation!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF I COULD POST PICS. OF THE CRABS YPU ALL WOULD BE SICK FROM JUST LOOKING AT THEM!
