I love dunkin donuts. I will never come here again. I’m not sure if it’s a store specific policy or if it’s just horrible service, but they would not allow us to go through the drive through because we had 1 item too much. We ordered a normal amount of food for 2 adults and 2 children. If they can’t handle 4 people through drive through, in my mind they don’t deserve to have the dunkins name. My recommendation is either just go to the perfectos by butcher boy or find a different dunkins.

This used to be my go to Dunks. Since the fall, this location has really gone into the toilet. In the summer it was flies all over. Every time I go, they’re out of something. A machine isn’t working. The customer service has gone way way down. I went today & was told there wasn’t any Dunkin Midnight. 10 seconds later they say they do but it needs to be brewed. I say okay because the line isn’t moving anyway. I finally get my coffee, take off & realize it’s lukewarm. Supposedly fresh brewed coffee, isn’t even hot. Done with this location.

I waited in the drive thru forever because inside was even worse. I got a egg and cheese on a plain bagel they gave it to me completely burnt I asked for another one the girl at the window gave attitude as well as the girl making the food I showed them how burnt it was and they rolled there eyes and made a new one . I thought the new one wouldn’t be burnt but it was even worse than the first time. Terrible service

I was twice in this place, two times I tried to order a hot lattе in drive thru. the first time I was wait 9 minutes while they prepare my order. the second time I made the same order hot latte. and i was wait 17 minutes. At first they told me they didn’t have milk. (no milk at 6 am) then they made me a latte with almond milk. but when I opened the lid, I saw that it was regular coffee. I had it replaced with a latte one. no one apologized for this and for the fact that I was waiting 17 minutes.
