Portions and preparations were good but the seasoning was terrible. I ordered a Katsu plate with fried rice and barely a quarter of the plate was edible because it was seasoned with a sauce that wasn’t very appetizing. I couldn’t tell if it was soy sauce or something else but it definitely could’ve been done better. Barely ended up finishing my plate and was pretty disappointed with the quality.

Beyond disappointed!! Quality is horrible, portions are very small. Chicken katsu looked like tiny little chicken nuggets, the katsu sause was a huge let down. Not even katsu sause, it’s supposed to be nice thick and creamy not watered down and almost a clear looking. SMH!!! Coming from a Polynesian!!

I’m taking away 2 stars for the music, I wasn’t sure if I was waiting for my food or a lap dance. Bring headphones if you’re gonna eat your food there. Also, and more importantly, I forgot to add they they were “blasting” rap that talked about smoking marijuana and all that, you might not want to eat there with your kids.

I had the bbq chicken and beef combination plate. A little bit pricy but the portions were massive and pretty tasty! The establishment seems clean and the service was good. The taste and quality , in my opinion, ranks up there with the popular hawaiian bbq chains. Ill definately go again to try some of their other dishes, im sure i wont be disappointed
