Poor customer service. When someone makes a mobile order. There should be someone available to provide those when the customer arrives. I shouldn’t have had to get the attention of a staff member who is obviously handling the register. While im standing there in mobile order. Some people may be having a hard day and just want to get their food and go. I feel like my order was given to the wrong person and they could have just said that.

Love this place!! I love how versatile it is! You can eat super healthy with a bowl of Tofusada, which “is marinated in Pancheros’ house made, southwestern-inspired sauce and sauteed to give the soft, pillowy tofu a glazed, crispy texture on the outside that even meat-eating fans will crave”—as it says on the online menu for Pancheros! Or you can go full-on unhealthy but oh so good, smothered in queso!! There is something for everyone, and man are they fast!!

This location has gone down hill quick. We were at the end of lunch rush though so maybe that’s why the quality wasn’t there. Staff were friendly. Guy on the press was new, we weren’t in a hurry though. Just the condition of the store was rough for it being a pretty new store. It was clean.. just tore up.

This place went from an absolute 1 star to a full 5 just very recently. They have all new staff and it’s evident that they take pride in their work – speed, cleanliness, preparation, friendliness, the whole shabang (dare i say they’re almost on par with the Urbandale location). Especially the gentleman who has rung me up both times. Super stoked about this!

What happened? Even after I am raising my voice to tell the employees what I want, they still get it wrong. This used to be a great spot for anytime during the day, but now I wouldn’t recommend this place to the homeless.

Pancheros is my favorite food. However in this location I got predominantly rice and beens in my burrito. Meat is just like a traces. I gave multiple chance to these guys but no anymore since I did not see any meat… Do you guys eat the meat and that’s the reason for no meat in your burrito’s?

As others have said, the workers don’t seem to give AF. Wife stood there for a very long time before being acknowledged, was about to leave. Looking at the pictures I thought we were getting two large tacos full of ingredients… like meal size… ended up with a tiny scoop of chicken and cheese wadded up into a tin foil ball. The lady working just pointed at stuff and this is what I got. Tasted like it was made with 90% salt and 1% effort. Have gotten more, better, for less, with better service, at Taco Bell

The manager with the long dreads was very rude I came in as a door dasher and got completely dismissed had customers coming in after me and I still didnt receive my food until 20 minutes after I’ve already been here more then seven customers came in after and where made a priority not door dash no customer service and he literally tossed the food at me
