Really yummy. I got the birria plate along with some chips. The salsas at the table were delicious. No complaints. Our server didn’t speak english, but that’s okay, just something to note and be prepared for.

It’s literally a whole in the wall type of place which makes this place so unique. We picked this place over the other neighboring restaurants because it was so cute and felt like Mexico. The food was good, fair pricing. It was an especially hot day so it was too cozy for my liking, but we couldn’t pass up the genuine experience of it all.

Opens early! Food is decent and service is pleasant. It’s on the inside of of the Olvera St. walk. On this street with many choices this place puts out consistent fare at a reasonable price. Tried some chilaquiles and did not disappoint. It’s in a nice little space and some counter spots too. It does get busy and might be a wait. This is a walk only street and plenty of parking choices nearby or public transit. Recommend if in this area.

I’ve been trying more menudo so now I kinda know what to expect in terms of taste, what is in the dish, etc. Besides the different stomach parts, you can also add pork feet (chân giò) in the menudo here. I tried and didn’t really like that since it made the soup too fatty; I think the original version would be better for me. Here, you can have menudo with normal tortillas and fried ones. The place is pretty small. But even if you have to wait for a table, you can walk around and see the different shops on Olvera street, so the wait wouldn’t be bad at all.
