I have been ordering online for a quick in-store pickup since the times of Covid and it has been working out great. The food is always prepared as I requested, ready when they say it will be and is always delicious. I typically eat at the restaurant and ordering ahead helps me skip the lines and saves time. Especially useful through the lunchtime rush.

If I could give zero stars I would. Have ordered from The Newtown store before with no problems, but they were closed so we ordered from Warminster for a takeout order. Spent $61.00 for 4 bowls and super hungry got it home opened up to eat and there was a giant dead fly in one bowl. That was the end of the meal for us. How do you let this out of the store?

Ordered online 2 chicken bowls, have to wait 20 min more after pick up time, came home with order to find out they didn’t put any chicken in both bowls. Most orders were delayed. Will switch to other locations.

Never ordering from this place again. Spent $75 and there were missing items. Also, every single bowl was made incorrectly with missing ingredients. The portions were all off. My bowl was 90% rice and definitely not a full portion of chicken.

Should be ZERO STARS. I would love to know…. has anyone received a CORRECT order from this location in the past month? Or better yet, the past year? I’ve given them many chances and they have messed up my order each & every time. I’m done with this place for good. I didn’t know you needed a PhD to put specific ingredients in a bowl. Seriously. Hire new management & staff already.

So my issue was not with the employees it is with the manager I came in to get my order. The employees were great. I start talking to the employees. The manager comes out of nowhere and tells me to take my elbow off the glass because he needed to have some type of authority or power trip, once confronted about the scenario, he continued to be sarcastic and ignorant towards the end of the visit I would not recommend this store only because of the manager not because of the employees Jose Joseph, whatever his name is, is a horrible manager and needs to be replaced

The reviews on this location are very accurate. When ordering in-store, everything goes smoothly. During COVID, we ordered from here at least 4-5 times, and every time our order was missing something. I’ll give you 1-2 chances, but the mistakes continue and it seems to be getting worse.

This restaurant should have been shut down. no administration in this store at all: staff not well trained and lack of professionalism, very rude to be exact;. asked for chicken but was given steak; register out of work and have to pay cash, causing big hassle to find the ATM. The worst things are no napkins and forks provided. looks disgusting around the beverage machine. I should take a picture of it. it’s been like this for a long time and no improvement at all. avoid this site if you can.
