Ordered a Chicago deep dish, and recieved a very thin pizza with a partially burnt crust. I typically go to Rocco’s in Little Canada and haven’t had any issues! They’re deep dish is deep and amazing. This was a huge expensive disappointment. Would not recommend this location. Not even close to deep, closer to a frozen pizza, just with the sauce on top.

Pizza sucked,no one was wearing gloves to make pizza and long hair no tied up. There boneless wings weren’t but little bites. Sorry but that new hambur pizza was nasty. Not going there any more.

Ordered a pizza online from Rocco’s in Oakdale at 7:18pm tonite (11/16). Suppose to be delivered at 8:30, at 8:55 I called and it went to voicemail, saying they are closed opening at 4pm the next day…finally the 5th time I called, a male answered said they were closed and he wasn’t even suppose to be there. I asked where is my pizza, supposed to be here at 8:30..and the money has been taken out of my account. He said his driver delivered it and handed it to someone….didn’t deliver it to me, told him to come back and tell me which house he delivered it to, if he did deliver it! I thought instead of getting a pizza a dominos or other franchise I would give my business to a smaller business. Guess that taught me a lesson..He said my money would be refunded. Not happy!!

Been going to roccos for year’s don’t know what’s going on but I haven’t been getting a consistent pizza most of them burnt. Is there new owners or something. Make sure you look at it before you leave.

Sad to see all the negative reviews. Wife and I have always been extremely satisfied with the food! Love the deep dish pizza, wings, and pizza fries! We order takeout or delivery from here a couple times a month and always get great pizza, and they always get the order right, which a lot of other places seem to have issues with.

From order to pick up, this didn’t go well. The gentleman couldn’t figure out my large cheese pizza order when I called. I was told 20-30 minutes for our carry out order to be ready. After we arrived at the store, an employee came out and checked in with all the cars, but us. I finally called the store and was told our pizza would be out when ready. Our pizza was brought to us 45 minutes after we ordered. The pizza was burnt and tasted horrible. This was our first and last time at roccos.
