Three cars were asked to pull aside to Wait for their food. We only ordered a bagel and cream cheese. We waited 15 minutes. The order came out wrong. Had to go back in and wait another 5 minutes for them to make another bagel that they burnt. And there were no napkins in the bag. No matter how many people you have pulled aside, the line is still at the window. Just make each order one at a time and get it right the first time. Then you wouldn’t have a backup of angry people getting the wrong food.

Let me paint you a picture. I’m staying at the Quality Inn Hotel right next to this location. Me and my friend, as we are teenage baseball players, are famished. We take a gander through our window and spy a Dunkin’ Donuts in the vicinity. I look to my buddy and say, “wanna take a stroll?” To which he replies, “when would I not?” In this time, we embark on our adventure. Very scenic walk. We go to the front doors, and what do we discover? They’re locked. Closed. Out for the evening. Disappointed, we see another drive through over yonder, and decide to trek on over. On our expedition, we turn around to see a van in the drive thru, and new hope has sparked amongst our famished selves. We ultimately venture on over to the drive through ordering station, sadly to no response. Therefore, the only solution we saw fit, was to walk on up to the window! It is there, we meet, who we now know is the supervisor, who takes our order! We are ecstatic. Sparkin’ up a great conversation. He told us about some nincompoops who were not being the most caring, or empathetic customers, and we thought that was gobbledygook. He was an excellent man, and got our order out right away. Never had a better experience at not only any other Dunkin’ Donuts location, but at any other place in our entire lives. Thank you for this great experience. Don’t hesitate if you plan to make a stop at this Dunkin’, it’ll be the best decision of your lives.

I usually stop at this Dunks when I’m driving back to Mass from my sisters and I always have such a great experience. Just now I was helped by Alyssa and she was so attentive, sweet. The rest of the employees were also very nice, you can tell they enjoy working together. Definitely will keep coming back to this location:)

I had ordered A cold brew at the drive thru, When the young man handed me the coffee the top came loose and the coffee spilled all-over me and my car. The employee was very sympathetic and told me to please pull over and he would make me another drink. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he handled the situation. Great customer service!! Sorry I didn’t get his name.

THIS Dunkin never has frozen coffee available in the afternoon- evening. They always say, “we don’t have it available right now” they’re like McDonalds and their ice cream machine….they take the machine apart so they can leave earlier.

Love me some Dunks. I always use the drive through, they get you through pretty quickly, though sometimes the staff can be a little rude, but considering they deal with the caffeine deprived public I can look past that.

Andrew’s Attitude at the window was disgusting and when I asked for his name he told me he couldn’t give it to me and when I asked for his managers phone number he told me he didn’t have one and when I asked to make a complaint he told me that I couldn’t I had to call the one 800 number then he closed the window on me I would never do any business with this Dunkin’ Donuts ever again and I am definitely reporting them. He wanted to give me an attitude at the window like I was not a customer take your attitude somewhere else!
