Becky greeted me with a smile and happily took my order. The food was ready before I finished getting my drink and was hot and fresh. Becky was also doing a great job of keeping the dining room clean and even remembered my name when I was leaving. Much better service than I expected to receive when I walked in.

Inside was clean as were the bathrooms. Meals were ready in a timely manner. Wife had the 3 pc. Original. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich. I was disappointed. Maybe we should stick to what we know.

The woman who helped us was a very astute and engaging person who was very helpful and courteous. The food was as always amazing. This KFC is over the top with Taste, quality, quantity and down right spot on. Three thumbs to KFC and the Wonderful woman that helped us. Thank you, you Rock and do an amazing job. So they gave wrong side I called and she said come back and she would GIVE me what I ordered for FREE ! I paid for it when I was there So I said are you going to throw in a hot biscuit because by the time I get home the one I have will be cold (long pause) finally she said I can do that So I go back get the correct side and a biscuit that was so hard you couldn’t bite into it She had the chance to make it right AND DIDN’T I won’t be back THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW MANAGER.

I was ordering my food with my family. I seen the worker on the PAC line, taking their hands without proper hand gloves, grabbing a whole thing of fries, put it in there mouths I also watched and reserved the workers, putting my chicken in the bucket without proper hand gear.

Got food from there tonight and was really disappointed. The chicken tenders tasted like they came from the Tyson microwavable tenders in the frozen section at krogers… absolutely not seasoned and no flavor. My fry box was only half way full, as well.

I just left KFC in Richmond Ky Eastern bypass !! I didnt get her name but the manager there needs some new training!!! She was very unhelpful very and wasnt ashamed to let me she didnt have time for me.. I order no wings in my meal and when i asked if she made sure i didnt get wings she said no i gave you wings because i didnt have anything else when there was a whole cabinet full of chicken all i want was leg or thighs in its place. I first tried to order from the app which kept kicking me out and the manager was of no help with that she even said i dont use it this place is a joke manager needs some new training !!!!!!..p.s i would have gave a zero if it was an option

This KFC has to be the worst not only fast food restaurant but the worst restaurant period. Fries were ice cold, rock hard, and covered in salt. Asked for a large fries with the almost 9$ meal and was told they cant, they have to just add on a large fry for another 4$. What kind of scam are they running. Chicken sandwich was dry like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days. I would call it a chicken jerky sandwich. I am not someone who dishes out harsh reviews lightly as a business owner myself, though this place needs new management.
