As we pulled in there were four cars in the drive-thru. As we walked in the door we were greeted immediately with one or two people inside the place looks clean to me. They took our order precisely and quickly we even got our food quickly not expecting it being there was only three people in the back, so that was a win in my books!! Food was delicious I will be coming back. Not sure why this place is rated a 2.8 stars!!!

I do food delivery & I went to pick up an order. It was 2 meals that included 2 drinks. I asked for a drink carrier & I was told that I can’t have a drink carrier unless I have 3 or more drinks. That’s crazy! Sometimes I have to carry food & drinks up 3 flights of stairs. I’m responsible for getting people their orders to them intact. Juggling drinks while carrying bags of food is a good way to drop or spill something.

I went to this place on my lunch break and was not acknowledge through the drive thru. I said hello and the response was that it was only two people there and to bare with them because they had a lot of orders. 15 mins later I blackout out and left because no one ever too my order. Please learn to have adequate workers during rush hour..i.e.lunch hours…

This Location Varys Depending who’s working at the time. There’s usually a crew at evening/night who are usually spot on with the orders and another at the same time on a different day who just seem to not care and look miserable working. I had an online order and they forgot my onion rings which wasn’t a big deal I was glad I checked before leaving the actual property. However on the online order I did ask for extra ketchup and mayo but they forgot that too. Again not a big deal, yes. But I’m sure this would eventually be an inconvenience for those who wish to eat at a park or somewhere else maybe even in their car where they might not have ketchup or mayo just laying around ready to use. I have had precious experiences where multiple things were missing but never made a review about it. But here it is because now it’s just happening a little too often when I do go to this location. I do hope a new location opens up somewhere in Alamo Ranch (Hopefully looks modern and updated). This location I can tell looks outdated and not really cared for. Not really sure why… I love Burger King burgers but something needs to be done.

The guy working the drive thru, Antonio, was SO RUDE!! He was rude taking my order then when I got my drinks i asked if he had given me the Diet Coke and he said, isn’t that what you ordered? Then I get home and I’m missing one of my burgers!! I go back and there is a lady in front of me and he is very rude to her too!! I complained to the manager on duty and he really didn’t want to hear it!! I will never go back!!!!

We usually go thru the drive thru and it’s always very slow service even when we were the only car. We ate inside for the first time today, February 20th and in addition to slow service EVERY table and chair was disgustingly dirty. There were all sorts of food crumbs and pieces all over and all over the floor. They MUST keep this place clean, that is part of their responsibility. Unfortunately I had to clean 2 tables and several chairs before we could sit down. When we left, we spoke with other customers and they were just as disappointed. Regarding the food, it was barely ok and they messed up the orders. Very disappointing experience today.

I had a great experience here. No flat sodas, food was hot, and the employee, ms Ducky, took the extra time to make sure my large to go order was correct for the ride home. Place was clean and orderly, no complaints here!

This joint is low on staff during lunch hours. The customer service could be better – Such as repeating my order back to me because they will get the order wrong 50% of the time, usually something is forgotten. They are usually good with giving a decent amount of condiments, however this last time was not great. I received a lot of ranch condiments that seemed super old. Some of the condiments look like air or heat had gotten to it. They were dirty and one even had little body parts of what looked to be an insect wing? Generally this BK is alright but not great.

if i could give it zero stars i would. this place hires very unprofessional people. the disrespectful lady working the driveway decided to get loud and curse for having an outdated menu. she really needs to lose her job but i’m sure she’s only making $11 a hour so i’m sure she’s just mad at her own life choices being that old working fast food. management was standing around allowing her to be disrespectful so i would advise everyone to avoid this ghetto establishment
