The waitress was super nice and friendly!! But the food!! I asked for soft bacon and as soon as I touched it, it crumbled up!! My husband’s sandwich had a burnt taste to it!! I can’t blame the waitress because she kept telling him that I wanted soft bacon!! Food sucked but the service was awesome!! I would give her 5 stars!!

love waffle house. food is always so good and contrary to videos you may find online, staff has always been super friendly and helpful. eggs are perfect every time, the waffles are big and very tasty. the hashbrowns are so good. highly recommend!

Worst Waffle house. Where is the manager? Very bad staff! 15 minutes to get the menu. One waitress on shift. One smoking outside. Waitress cooking at the same time? You need competitive staff and take out all this lazy people.

I would have given a 5 star review but someone walked in and had to play the juke box and I don’t think everyone in the waffle house wants to hear head banging music while trying to enjoy a meal with friends and family.

Waited in entry for 15 minutes for an available booth for 4 of us. We were told that the three booths in the back were closed. Finally got seated and ordered our food. Then four people walked in and guided right to the closed section and we’re seated and treated like royalty? We weren’t even greeted! Or given a chair to sit on while we waited. Once our food came out, it was served in three parts. Some had finished there food before others were served waffles that were not only cold, but well done!! Coffee was good though, How disappointing for our first visit!!!

Had a good time here. The food was fresh and fast, not to mention at a great price. The staff here is very attentive and happy to help you. When one waitress gets busy, the other waitresses help out. It was nice to see that they had each other’s back. I’ll definitely visit again if I’m in the area.
