The grouper tacos were great. Big chunks of grouper and lots of yummy sauce. If you don’t like alot of sauce, ask for it on the side, but we like ours messy! It comes with 2 tacos but they really are filling. Hushpuppies were yummy, too. Not much of a happy hour if that’s what you’re looking for. Our server /bartender Jacob was ! We sat at a large back table overlooking the marina and the perfect sunset – it’s all outdoor seating as well. Great music on the patio tonight.

We got there during the break change. Sat for 20 min before even speaking to someone. Boom boom shrimp is mediocre at best. We got a very raw cheese burger. Our server was appalled and immediately was on it and gave us free beverages.the prices were not worth it. $20 for a burger I could have gotten made better at Applebees. But it had good views. And our server was amazing. I’m sure they had other good food.

Beware of this restaurant! The sewer smell should have been an immediate deterrent but we were hungry. The food is just horrible and questionable for it’s freshness. Our food came out immediately, less than 3 minutes, so it was probably pre cooked and sitting out all day. The slaw was warm and sour, the grouper tacos used “fish” that resembled gray ice pellets and tasted awful. The chicken tenders were a weird color and tasted weird too. Worst food we have ever encountered at a restaurant. Only took a few bites but surprised we didn’t end up with a foodborne illness. $65 for inedible food! Health department, where are you on this?!

I’m not one to leave reviews especially one this long but this is a *must read* review- TERRIBLE experience. First off the smell of the dining area was horrid- smelled like a nasty, musty, fishy pond- which I get that they cannot control considering the dining area is outdoors. I had a party of 11- $720 was the total bill (tip included)- water came in plastic Dixie cups. Flies were absolutely terrible! They were HUGE flies that were all over our food- my son had a cooked fly in his food- which my husband only told me about way later after we had left because I was SO angry about everything else.

Host was horrible. Sat us then made us move. We thought the 15% service charge was for cooking our own catch, but after reading reviews we figured out this was common. Server was clueless but once we got to DeShawn he was amazing. He was the manager who cooked our catch and it was the best food we have eaten. However they charged us $11 for side salad and $15 for corn, potatoes and coleslaw even though we brought our own fish. Boom boom shrimp appetizer was good. Burger is 8 out of 10.

Arrived at 4:30 pm and we were the only seated customers in the restaurant…place was empty but had a half dozen waiters/waitresses standing around talking or staring at their phones. It took 10 minutes for someone to come over and give us a menu. Our waitress never introduced herself but said she was new to serving in the deck area but worked in the adjacent building normally. She took our drink order and came back 10 minutes later to take our order. We ordered appetizers first and she left to put the order in. Another 10 minutes passed and I saw our waitress leaving the restaurant with her purse over her shoulder. Another long wait before someone else stepped in to take over our dinner order. Again no introduction or explanation as to what was going on with the lack of service. We finally got our food 50 minutes after arriving and with only 2 other customers in the deck area. Poor service and nothing special about the food. There are much better places to eat than this restaurant.

Service was awful. Oyster overpriced. Also ordered the Bombay bucket. $58. Came with 6 shrimp, One cluster of crab legs, 2 baby potatoes, and one price of corn. Really not worth it. I asked them if this is what I ordered and it was $60. They brought me another one. Now it would’ve been worth it but why did I have to ask for it? No clue. I had high expectations. Let down hard.

Food was very good. Portions are large. My husband and I shared the seafood platter. The kids enjoyed their shrimp. The atmosphere is fun and has an amazing bay view with ships. They also have a DJ. Servers were nice but hurried and unorganized. Overall fun tho and good food.

Good food and good service despite being super busy. I had the Boom Boom Shrimp appetizer with Extra Jalapenos as my dinner and it was plenty. The fish tacos were a hit with my husband. My daughter had a well prepared and cooked to order Bacon Cheese Burger. The deck overlooking the Marina at sunset was a great back drop for family, music and food. They had live music making it even better.

Says seat yourself but the staff yells at you when you attempt to. You have to order through a QR Code and they automatically add tip and a 15% service charge. Mac n cheese was legit kraft mac n cheese. Had to repeatedly ask for reg drink refills – water bottles. Drinks from the bar had little to no alcohol in them. The food was decent for the most part but way over priced. Major disappointment.
