Carrabba’s Italian grill is a very solid choice no matter what town you are in. I travel frequently and no matter what I always try to have Italian food once in a blue moon. A very often choice for me is carrabbas. The lamb is amazing, the pasta is on point. And the bread is great too. I have ordered a few of their cocktails and never been disappointed either. I think they have a high expectation of their employees and provide an environment where it’s encouraging for employees to work hard. It shows. Very impressed for a chain establishment.

I think people are sleeping in this place. On mothers Day, I was trying to think of a place that wouldn’t be packed. I remember this place and that it’s been here a long time, and I have never been. The waiter was friendly enough. Vibes, give me an old mob movie, lol. I went with the 3 chicken dinner, which was great. Everyone with me enjoyed their food, except my mother, she got the spaghetti and she said it needed meat and more sauce. She gets the spaghetti everywhere she goes, so she knows. Side note for your side, get the chicken noodle soup. It was homemade.

I had a great time! The atmosphere was lovely and accommodating. The manager greeted us and gave us a free dessert. The customer service was like none other. Our waitress was very kind. Every staff member was so polite. I will definitely be back. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had…no comparison!

Starting off, the service is good! I loved the staff especially the to-go staff guys. The food is really amazing! It was not overly seasoned but not bland either like other popular Italian chained restaurants. I got the classic trio which was fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna, and chicken parm. It was delicious and only costed $27. I recommend this restaurant if you are visiting in Louisiana.

Clean restaurant, service was very good. Food came fast and as ordered. However I ordered lasagna and I could tell it wasn’t bubbling hot which is a bad sign for something that has dense layers and surprise! After the first few bites it was from the edge I reaches a barely warm/cold area that covered most of the dish. I can’t believe a chain doesn’t have tight times and temps to cover and doesn’t have a food temp prob to check. And I don’t send food back ever unless it’s is totally inedible. Otherwise it wasn’t bad but could have been better if it was HOT! The Sausage and Lentil soup was plenty hot and had a great flavor and was the highlight of the meal but it wasn’t the entree that I had my heart set on. The cannoli for desert were just average.
