The staff at DQ are friendly, it’s not the fastest place but food is good. Here is my tip for any blizzard you order, always ask for the size you want but in one size bigger cup. You have a much less messy dining experience. Example: medium blizzard in a large cup.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was relatively clean and not busy. 2/3 of our order was wrong (entered incorrectly by the order taker, not made incorrectly). The errors weren’t worth sending the food back, so can’t speak to their resolutions. The employees were generally very friendly.

You need to revamp your system. I ordered one small blizzard and no one was ahead of me in line. I waited at least 10 minutes watching them fill drive through order after drive thru order and the girl making blizzards with tattoos on her arms, I love tattoos btw, was out to freaking lunch. Totally spaced out. A snail literally could have moved faster. Activity was swirling around her and she was at a pace I couldn’t even comprehend. Kept rechecking the screen, like she was half asleep. Eventually slowly walked over and in a slow spaced out way said number 70? It was a freak show. $6 for a small soft serve with toppings mixed in and taking that long, no thanks. I wish some competition would come to Belfast.

i came in with my brother last week around 10 minutes to close. we were aware of this and tried to be as quick as possible when ordering, etc. the employee at the counter, Sandii to be specific, was extremely unprofessional and rather arrogant when addressing while commenting on the lobby being closed 10 minutes ago..the door wasn’t locked and she still took our order. we would have left if we were addressed about it but it seems Sandii took the passive aggressive route.

Normally when I come here the workers are AMAZING!! Today I’m in town visiting some family I stop in for some lunch, the girl who took our order in the drive through had a wicked attitude, didn’t even ask if we wanted anything else just gave us our total and said “first window” we got to the window the guy who gave us our food had a bad attitude was rude, and they didn’t get one of our burgers right, nor did they give us everything we ordered!

Compared to its competition, I preferred DQ; lately not so much. The ice creams were handed to us & the window kid messy & the food hasn’t been enjoyable. It’s not a nice feeling knowing you’ve just wasted almost 40$ worth of fast food & nobody was happy with their meal.
