My family just moved to Monticello and was excited to try the coffee shop out. This morning was our first visit. My fiancé is who went in and ordered and said the staff and service was great but unfortunately the food had some disappointing qualities I felt should be reviewed. Our iced coffees were nice and not too sweet.

Visited this place 4 years ago on a road trip and loved it. We were really looking forward to coming back ND we were not disappointed . Good sandwiches and coffee and great prices. Service is always friendly and welcoming.

Service was slow, order inaccurate, (waited 45 minutes because they forgot us) mustard was expired to the point it was brown and hard. The tables were sticky so we took our order to go. The staff was rude to a lady that brought her coffee back. I don’t believe she drove bacl after receiving her coffee and heading to work then came back and circled around the square to find a parking spot, then walk back for a four dollar coffee. This place has turned into a regular fast food restaurant, nothing special. We once enjoyed the atmosphere and food. So sorry to see what it has become.

I love the Vanilla Bean ❤️ There ice cream is so good. They change at least one of the flavors every week so there’s always something new to try. The baristas are so nice and always offer fun drinks like a Tropical VB Fizz when I don’t know what to get. They also whip up any Starbucks drink I can think up. My girls and I spend all Saturday here.

Cute place, good coffee and very sweet staff! I forgot to say “iced” with my drink order and rather than give me a cup of ice, the barista remade my drink! I felt terrible for the trouble, but she insisted adding ice to my hot drink would ruin it, and simply wouldn’t allow this. That’s caring customer service! Great job!! The pastries are awesome too, and the vibe is very relaxed and calming.
