Jack’s is really a get together place with family and friends for breakfast and lunch. The whole crew there is so nice and friendly, and you receive everything your way, no complaints as, we do not do that or we do not make it that way, they just work it out for you. I’m a diabetic, got sick at the counter, the cashier went out of his way, to make sure I was okay. Even giving me his fan, as the kitchen was putting out heat, I couldn’t thank him enough. Yall, check out Jack’s in Lafayette AL. It would be worth it.

Husband is from Alabama. We like to stop by a Jack’s we love there chicken fingers & ranch. But this Jack’s in Layfette Al sucks! If your white they take there sweet time to wait on you. Bathrooms are dirty even the lady’s bathroom. I hate racism I’m nice to everybody I don’t look at color. It’s really sad. Dirty is the main thing tho.

Meal sides are getting smaller,chicken tenders are double dipped cooked,not the first time chicken is tough and greasy .This is third time to be exact.Dont go after lunch you get left over cold food.

Definitely don’t recommend coming here! So unorganized and they always forget something! Ordered and extra fry for my daughter and we didn’t receive it. The customer service is terrible. Then there’s something blue in the chicken tenders. So dissatisfied with what I got today we just decided to eat elsewhere and waste this nasty a$$ food!

Late after a concert, I wanted a sweet tea to drink on the way home and all they had was coke. But the coke was good. We couldn’t tell if they were open, but the inside was lit up and the small sign outside was, but not the large Jack’s sign. The parking lot had 4 or 5 cars on the side and two up front. We didn’t see anyone eating but saw people behind the counter. The door was unlocked and they had just mopped. We used the bathroom, got our drink and headed on home. Everything worked out just right.
