My first and last time going here. I expected this food to be delicious based on the previous reviews but I knew that this could go either way because there were also many negative reviews. The burgers were so bland and boring. They literally didn’t have any flavor. The fries were nasty too, like why give customers hard and stale fries?

They have their own root beer, lemonade, and teas, but they don’t have a soda fountain machine. Their burgers are so good and the fries are amazing, highly recommend the FB fries. I got the daily special with the goat cheese and jam and it was amazing. The staff is friendly and there is some parking outside of the building. It was a little crowded on a Saturday morning.

Very dissatisfied today. Why does it seems that when I order food for my ex-husband, the food is great, but then today I decided to order the same Pimento-cheese fries for myself to enjoy today, and once I opened the bag, I could tell right away that I was going to be dissatisfied–the fries weren’t fresh looking as before–they were more like leftover crumbs from an earlier cooking of fries–the cheese was not hot and melted as before, it had been clumpy like–very unappealing, and I had just been on the phone talking to and telling my ex-husband that I bet the fries would not be as delicious tasting as the ones I ordered for him about a month ago. I am very unhappy with my experience today, so more than likely, I will not return to this location

Amazing customer service!! Staff was super friendly. Great food, gluten free french fries and buns available. They have a house made vegan patty and a beyond patty that are both gluten free too! :^)

I take my 10yr old and he loves it. Burgers are inexpensive but great. He gets fries and there’s always enough to take a handful for myself. Their service is amazing. Please always tip them! The “serving team” delivers the food and they cleans our tables and plates!

Best! Burger! Ever! Best burger joint ever! Best atmosphere in the restaurant! Literally the most friendly employees in the city! Honestly have been through a lot of the Midwest and south and this burger spot blows them out of the water! Helpful and give good conversation! If I could tip a million I would! Every last worker on the shift I came in 6/3/23 at 7:30 was MAGNIFICENT! My stomach and mouth are still smiling! I will be returning here as it’s my favorite!

The staff alone would make me come back! I wish I got the gentleman’s name that brought our food out. He was personable and entertaining to say the least. We came here because they offer a vegan burger alongside regular options (beef, pork, chicken, etc.). We all enjoyed our different burgers as well as the fries and onion rings, both generous portions.

Great service and juicy burgers. I been coming to this franchise for a couple of years and I haven’t had a burger not be cooked the way I wanted. I do miss their vinegar Salsa, but now i just bring my own to mix with the ketchup.
