Speechless Moment
It’s unfortunate because I still wanted to give Papa John’s a chance despite the low rating. My order took a hour to arrive and it went to the WRONG location. The veteran deliver driver called me and I came down to wait outside. I went back upstairs then she called again I still came back down stairs and saw nobody. She said she delivered the pizza and sent me a picture to the wrong address. After calling the location they rebuttaled like it was my fault. Poor customer service and lack of detail. Never again to make matters worst they didn’t even offer a carry out option.

Consistently the WORST Papa John’s pizza and service I’ve ever experienced. If I could order from another PJ’s I would. The pizzas are poorly made, not cooked to specifications. The delivery times are never right always, takes 20-30 minutes longer than quoted. The managers aren’t helpful. Just an all around poor franchise location.

I sent an email and gave them a chance to respond before posting and they chose to ignore it, so, here it goes. The worst pizza I’ve ever had. I do not order from Papa Johns very often only because I don’t eat much pizza. But when I do it’s been from the Odenton store for over 20 years and I’ve never had a problem with the pizza. I always order extra sauce because it’s usually very good. Not this time. It was covered in tomato sauce, not pizza sauce. Plain, flavorless, unseasoned tomato sauce. Again, I don’t order from there often, but, there will not be another order, ever, if this is what they will be putting on pizza.

RIP your 5 star review. This place has gone downhill. I ordered 2 “medium” pizzas and they’re completely different sizes. So much sauce that each slice was a floppy mess. And sloooow delivery. Don’t order from here. Pick up a pre made crust and make your own for a fraction of the price.

Just ordered from here and the pizza was not good at all. It was cold and tasted doughy. I ordered two extra garlic sauces and did not get them. The extra sauces are not free. I also ordered the garlic knots and they were also cold. Luckily I told my husband that we ordered a soda too because the driver was not going to give it to us
