My burgers and blizzards are always delicious. My only con is the DRIVE THRU DIRECTIONS. I loved it when they had the front entrance cut off, and we had to use the back entrance. The line ran more smoothly. Now that it’s back open to drive into the front there are cars blocking the drive thru exit and cars being cut in line. They need to make it MANDATORY to use the back entrance for drive thru ONLY. There is currently a car right at the road because the line is so backed up.

They would have gotten more because I love their shakes but one female got my order wrong and the other lady tried to remake my shake by filling the old milkshake with my new one. The sad part is my shake was over the trash can. I know how gross!!!!!! I asked her, “did she just do that over the trash can”… she huffed and puffed. She said “fine I’ll remake it”..

Every time I’m home, DQ is diffently one of my stops. I’ve traveled around the world and promise no other DQ beat LaGrange DQ. This weekend, we ordered 5 different meals in the drive thru, and all 5 were correct all the way down to the unusual mixture of sundaes. They need to fix that military discount calculation, but they still get a 5 star from us. At least they offer a military discount. So I’m not mad.

Recently went through the drive thru and i had the best strawberry and walnut sundae and my friend said his oreo and peanut butter blizzard was spot on the best he’d had in a while. Friendly and efficient servers.

Food was fresh, served correctly as was requested. Service was knowledgeable, respectfull and courteous. Restaraunt is a smaller neighborhood version. While we were there most customers used drive thru but we dinned inside. They were very busy.
