I usually love Taco Bell, but this certain location was absolutely terrible! I went here for lunch with my family and friend. The food was good but I was waiting in line with a few other people to get fire sauce. There were three workers not paying any attention to the people in the front. They’re very rude and disrespectful! I waited for around 10 minutes just to get fire sauce. I kept saying “excuse me” but they didn’t come. Then one man next to me was also waiting too. He noticed I needed fire sauce so he yelled “excuse me!” That finally managed to get their attention and the man next to me said, “ this lady needs fire sauce.” I appreciate the guy who did that! He didn’t work there, he was just helping me out. The workers here are RUDE! SO RUDE! They should be fired!!!

It’s Taco Bell in 2023. You should know what to expect when coming here. It’s not the same Taco Bell we had when we were kids. It not necessarily the workers fault but rather Yum Brands cutting corners and reducing quality.

The food at the McEwan Rd location of Taco Bell was soggy and prepared sloppily. I typically eat at Taco Bell about three times a week, but this particular location is consistently terrible. I will never get food from there again. The food was so awful that I couldn’t even eat it, and on top of that, it took about 15 minutes to receive my order. I am extremely disappointed with this experience.

Care was taken making the tacos with the perfect amount of sour cream distributed throughout the taco. They were neatly wrapped. And everything very fresh. I only stopped there to treat my mom. I had given up on taco bell years ago. The food was never fresh or properly prepared. But this gave me hope that I may try again. The tacos at this location were excellent! Mom also loved her chaloupa.

The closers are always rude as hell and give no effort or attention to my order. whoever the boy who had buzzed blonde hair that was working the window(dylan L) had an enormous attitude, wouldn’t help the people who placed an online order and had to walk through the drive through, forgot my drink after repeating my 2 item order to me, and the food i ordered, a burrito, was half the size as normal and the toppings were way less than usual, most of the burrito was jalapeño sauce and sour cream complemented with uncooked tortilla. Then maybe one bite of the Steak I paid extra for. AND Dylan L is apparently the supervisor. this isn’t the first time it’s been like this….every single time we come at night it’s terrible and every single time we get dylan at the window he makes us feel like we have some kinda beef with him………the beef he left out of my burrito probably.

It’s Taco Bell, so I don’t expect much. But my Oder just now was terrible, with half-filled tacos that were poorly wrapped and sides that were half the amount that there should have been. I tried calling to complain, but no one answered.

Did the drive through at the lunch hour. Was very busy but the line moved quickly and was ready by the time I went from the ordering box to the window. It was even all correct, even with modifications. The guy (receipt says Inty) working the window was friendly and polite, and working extra hard to stay on top of everything.
