OK. First let me say that the food was ready quickly and was hot when I picked it up. I received an advertising e-mail for the new Stuffed Garlic Crust pizza. It sounded good. So I went to the app and attempted to place an order for pickup tomorrow as it was past 11:30 PM. I added some boneless chicken bites in two flavors and one of their Crustless pizza dishes to the order. After entering my credit card information It told me my order would be ready in 15 minutes, rather than giving me the option to pick the order up at a later date. ( No confirm order / submit order step)

Average service. Papa John’s is actually not the best for me. Some of there stuff is down right gross. Their pizza sauce is horrible on certain pizzas, but others?, it’s ok? Can’t figure this place out. Lately they been having service issues… But it’s hard to find good help these days. People don’t want to work, and when they do?, their heart ain’t in it.

This was the best Papa John’s has ever did… I was shocked… The pizzas were cooked perfectly… The extra cheese was very extra… The papadia was good.. it was meatballs and pepperoni…I gave a 4 star based on the fact that the past 3 months I tried yo order from them online… They cancelled my order out and said they had no delivery drivers available.. and when I went to pick it up.. they were doing deliveries….So after all that time I decided to give them a try agai… They actually did the delivery.. they came on time…They made the pizzas perfect… Now all the other reviews I seen I agree with them all.. because papa Johns is a hit or miss spot and it also depends on who is working… Sometimes you get great customer service and sometimes you get serious attitudes and no help… I would recommend based off of this recent order… They did not disappoint this time… I will try them again and update soon……

We paid $24 for an extra cheese pepperoni pizza and it was the worst pizza I’ve eaten. If I hadn’t ordered xtra cheese there’d be no cheese!! The thin crust was cardboard. Charging $24 is an outrage!! I’d attach a picture but I’m unable to. I do NOT recommend Papa Johns pizza!

App was gltiching saying 17 dollars wasn’t enough to cover 11 dollars. They said they delivered my pizza but did not. Got hung up on several times trying to figure out where my food is. It’s been over an hour and still not received my pizza after they finally told me the driver is supposed to be delivering it.

I ordered a pizza via the app. My order was marked delivered although I didn’t receive it. I called and was put on hold almost 10 mins. While on hold, my pizza was finally delivered, however, it wasn’t made properly. When I called the store again the manager said “I made it and know I put garlic sauce.” I said ma’am I have a tomato allergy and see tomato sauce on this pizza and informed her I was bringing it up there. When I arrived, she looked at the pizza and said “oh I didn’t make this.” My pizza was remade but I will not be returning to this location.

The absolute worst customer service. We have tried to order from this location multiple times and every time there was an issue. We ordered 12/23 at 6:30 PM and they called us and cancelled because they were closed. We ordered on 12/30 at 9:35 and it said the ETA was 2 hours. Really? So we ordered dominoes instead and it was here in 30 minutes. The tracker through papa John’s said they delivered it here at 10:19 PM. There was nothing outside, we were up and we checked. We tried to call the store, of course no answer. I tried to call the store on 12/31 the automated message said they were closed. I tried to call the store 1/1 the automated message said they were closed. I forgot on 1/2 and called today in 1/3 and spoke to the worst “manager”. She wouldn’t even let me talk, she yelled and spoke over me and said that it was impossible because they have been open every day. Okay, well your automated message said otherwise. We were trying to order here because we got a gift card but let me tell you, we will NEVER try to order from here again. The “manager” said she would call me back but of course, didn’t hear anything.
