I have picked up several orders from the drive up window recently. The order is always hot and always correct. I always get nervous about ordering in the app, because I like to supervise that my bowl is made correctly. 🙂 They always get it right and it is always ready on time. I’ve order many times in hopes it was the people but their meals when you order are under filled even when asking for double/extra. I would not recommend going to this one for mobile ordering where you can’t tell them, more, more, more, until they actually give you a full scoop of rice…. See the picture, this is double everything, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream and including queso… tiny and not worth it.

We got one burrito and one bowl. Haven’t had Chipotle in YEARS but I remember the burrito was 2x this size. And the bowl looked so sad, very light handed on the ingredients. Three stars for the scrumptious food. ✨️

I come here almost weekly for online and in person orders and every once and awhile they will randomly charge me for extra toppings like extra rice or extra cheese for $1.50 or $2.00 even though they don’t usually charge for those things in person when I go or on the app for an online order. Every time I ask why they charged me extra and they claim they charge for it now which is BS because the app for online orders doesn’t charge for these “Extras” and it only happens every so often when ordering in person. Would rather drive 5 minutes down the road to the other chipotle.

Worst of the Chipotle stores that I have been too. If u are picking up to deliver they will tell you that the time the order is supposed to be at the customers place is the time they hand it to a driver for delivery. I pointed out no the restaurant is supposed to have it ready at an earlier time so I can get it to the customer by that time which is super easy to see and the chick laughed and said something in Spanish insulting to me for having blonde hair to her overweight friend with greasy hair. I showed her on the app how it works and she was mad I could tell and she shrugged it off made me wait 20 minutes and then finally gets the customers order and calls out the name like she didn’t know I was picking it up.

Got a bowel and they are really stingy on helping. I asked for a little extra rice and they said $1.50 for another tiny scoop of rice. Rice is pretty inexpensive. So $1.50 for a little extra rice is ridiculous. I just want to have is some rice with my meat and beans. The app allows you extra with no extra cost for rice . If you are to put a charge an extra .25 cent would make sense like you charge for an extra burrito shell. Management was rude.

I was excited to take my daughter and wife to Chipotle for dinner. We had been craving it all week, and the drive-thru line was long, but we were willing to wait. When we finally got to the window, there was a sign that said “Mobile Pickup Only.” I was disappointed, but I understood that they were probably busy. However, I was surprised that there was no indication of this anywhere else. We had to wait 20 minutes in line just to find out that we couldn’t order. The employee at the window said that we could order online and then get back in line, but we didn’t have time. We had to go elsewhere for dinner. I was disappointed that our experience at Chipotle was ruined by this inconvenience. I would have appreciated it if they had made it more clear that mobile pickup was the only option. I would recommend that Chipotle make it more clear to customers that mobile pickup is the only option at the drive-thru. They could do this by putting up signs. This would save customers time and frustration.
