What happened to the katsu here. The katsu breading is so wrong. I posted a photo. No crunch. Hardly covered with bread crumbs. Soft fried chicken. It was gross. Sadly disappointed after 5 years of coming to this location.

Food is good but the service is lacking. I’ve been here many times, and it seems like the service has continued to get worse. The service used to be great, but that was years ago. It seems lack there is new staff each time I visit and they untrained and inexperienced. Service was slow, food was delivered at room temperature/ cold.

I normally go to L & L for Hawaiian food but I tried the loft and I was not impressed. You get about two spoonfuls of macaroni salad, the chicken was mid. They do have very good hot sauce and their other sauce is good as well. Overall it’s 5-7 dollars more than L & L and nowhere near as good. I Wish I had photos of the sauce cups they put the macaroni salad in. Disappointing to say the least.

Don’t come here pretty often, even though its pretty close. Kind of hesitant because the food is not really consistent in the past but gave it another shot and the food quality is really good. I really love there island style fried chicken and kalbi. There side spamusubi is really good to with teriyaki sauce. Food wasn’t consistent in the past but now it is and a pretty solid joint to try and experience. Food is kind of pricey if you order a platter with 2 combos almost cost me $20 including a drink.

I ordered the bacon rice, and teriyaki chicken & BBQ beef for tomorrow. I’ve already eaten the bacon rice, and it was absolutely delicious. This place used to be one of my family’s FAVS, but unfortunately, we moved. I had been craving it the last two or three days, so since I got off work early today, I decided to make the drive… but made sure that I got enough for dinner for tomorrow. It’s just as delicious when it’s reheated. I highly recommend this place!

Normally I would rate this place 5 stars…but this most recent visit was a little disappointing. I called in an order for 2 family packs early in the morning for a 6pm pick-up. I arrived at 6, only to wait 43 minutes for my order that was promised to be ready at 6. Very unfortunate.

This place has really gone downhill. I haven’t been here for over 3 years and was looking forward to the island style fried chicken and bacon fried rice. The bacon fried rice looked like soupy rice when it came out bland af with no flavor. Island style fried chicken was just ok nothing remarkable.

My girlfriend loves the place so recommend to order by phone since they take more than usual if ordered there…..today we dine in really really nice customer service ..I also asked if any games were on .. and the rapidly search for a game .. I’m happy now I know why she likes this place besides the big portion of food the amount of beef wow…nice
